Dr Peter Larose was before the National Assembly this answering questions as to his suitability to become a Minister of State.

Comment-
We are extremely disappointed with Dr Larose reply - we had been involved with that SIROP program with him, including the setting up of Seychelles Stock Market/Exchange and had trusted his time at the World bank would help him otherwise.
Dr Larose completely ignore along with the many MNA in Seychelles the role of the Seychelles Diaspora/exile/refugee working and their capacity to leverage and bring economic development in Seychelles
In line with the EU and UN working on sustainable working - we have shown not Seychelles the UN and International community the capacity of that SIROP program in changing the USSR and COMECON - this attitude compel /force those with the knowledge and capacity to work for the detriment of one Nation and country just to be spiteful,
Had we been able to set up IOIMF back in 2000 in Seychelles he was one of the person with adequate qualification to be invited to join IOIMF. ( The debacle of Mr Dominique Strauss Khan and other leading high personalities in UN and world Bank we have had to intervene /impute over the course of implementing that SIROP program not the other way round. Hence the global mess we are in - those utter corrupted and some of the major debacle - global economy cannot and will never thrive on corruption and utter corrupted practices)
