We trust/hope who ever monitoring us in real time do not crash this thread - as they did a while ago - we have listened above what we addressed - in 1986 when we presented that SIROP program our then Opposition/Exile/Refugees working the many who helped and supported the implementation of that SIROP program - then cold War , USSR, the COMECON, China Communist, Latin America, Africa Communist and One party system - those in Asia we made a statement and kept repeating them - if we can get President F A Rene to have/change Seychelles to the Socialist system they had in France, Austria, Sweden we would be very proud - or that matter Labour in Britain, the requirement and need to be realistic and Sir James Mancham view and position on this - it required more than just words and this is what is not getting in the coconuts and breadfruit heads of our fellow country men and woman - you have lived and daily experience the process, yet you mind refuse to tell you what the forces/those involved in the process helping this becoming a reality - Today Seychelles the last government of President J A Michel and Vice President Danny R Faure. One big disappointment - President JA Michel refusal to acknowledge that he has had a great deal of help and support from that SIROP program and our frustration, anger and demand call for the intervention of those in EU, the USA, around the world and this led to the SPPF/PL Breakup and the action of former Minister Pat Pillay - the EU high institutions and officials are watching us. The super battle with him over that University and that Senate - on the later he would not budge and even first Lady Natalie lost her cool and what ensued. The Opposition are making very grave mistakes , they are new in Power. One of the big mistake is their refusal to acknowledge and give credit to that SIROP program in doing so they are behaving far worse than the SPUP/SPPF/PL this is a dishonesty displayed by many so call Democratic politicians of the West after they have embellished and worked their politic using many aspects of that SIROP program - We have not only been responsible for that Program in Europe for the past 30 years - we have a great deal of experience and knowledge working with other European and world governments - we know that Seychelles, Mauritius, Reunion - had President J A Michel made a simple statement he will support and legislation for a Senate Assembly Seychelles would have been very different today and unique in the Indian Ocean - with his departure at the Head of SPPF/PL we have not given up that his will happen, many of our old politicians in Exile battled and worked for this - we trust if President Danny Faure is wise, he want to be part of those who help change that Seychelles and contribute to our nation progress - he need to convinced those young leader of the SPPF/PL that a Senate Assembly is in the best interests for Seychelles and everybody who live and work there. That SIROP program impact on Africa economy and the current mega exile/refugees tragedy - he talked of being friend of Africa, he could/should have achieved very important progress had he stayed connected - the exile situation in the Arab world and Gulf Region the call for revamping that program - President Obama undertaking and the UN - current President Donald Trump, In France events, in Britain events, Italy, Germany and the former East Europe - Including Russia . Until 2012 he had the excuse a good deal was missing from the Public on that program and because we lack the resource to manage and update the vast details not available - to this day that SIROP program do not have an office in Seychelles and every duck, dog, cat, bird and creepy crawlers have office and place to work from/promote their respective interests and they are funded . There is a small group of individuals in that Seychelles well aware of the importance, capacity and worth of that SIROP program and in 10 years time - their approach and attitude just as back then in 1991.

About one month ago prior to that National Assembly Truth commission and Reconciliation announcement - President Danny R Faure indication that we take up former Mahe Beach Hotel building and do something with it - one month have gone by enough time to sleep on the possibilities. His recent visit to Kenya - our comment - many other comments about that plot of land next o the National Assembly, those who offered the funds for a Building and the Mr Bernard Elizabeth multipurpose Center for the NGO workings - and an Office for that SIROP program - Across Africa very many Heads of state, politicians and NGO well aware of that SIROP program capacity - likewise those Arab Regional rulers beside Asia. Including those from South Africa. My argument that Mauritius office and seat the COI and RIM Association Secretariat. That Truth Commission could take another two years and the world is not going to wait for us - should President Danny R Faure be serious about this idea - we form part of those who promoted the Seychelles Conference Center as an Indian Ocean Region for tourist and conference then Mr Marc Sabadin 1986/7 - part of that building can be refurbished for this purpose - We would call on others including President Clinton/President Obama, Sir Richard Branson, Sir Bob Geldorf and many others to help us set up that SIROP program in that building/Associated BRICS workings, adequate space with the UN/EU and African Union support. A second project we would like to have an office for promoting both COI and RIM Association network because the important if not unique role we have played and we still impute and thirdly an office for that IOIMF. In making us this offer President Danny R Faure must know the owners of that property and the legal complexities. We would not be asking the government for financial support if anything we would be attracting and generating investment opportunities well exceeding everybody expectation. This would also go a long way to helping the cause of those 25,000 exile/refugee from Seychelles the debacle of a special fund/Bond and compensation -we would use the resource to fight and seek adequate/proper international financial support to this end. President Danny Faure and many of you in Seychelles , the region and the world know we dislike those who dangle ideas and project under our nose - where they have all landed and outcomes, fate - including their person. ( Those of you who have written save that Building ) We do not have the Facebook of Minister Dr Peter Larose - would somebody inform him of our post . We do trust in Seychelles you are aware how open communication have become -just think back in 1986 Cold War the terrible social and political climate, in the face of these we as a Small Nation not only found the energy and imagination to put such an economic concept in place that would radically change the world for ever - some 25 years gone by and the Region have learnt/acquired a great deal of knowledge of how these rapidly developing synergy dynamic can impact and influence greater regional and world functioning. - Mauritius have a few very interesting and innovative working and should President Danny Faure support this concept we have put forward - the need to give the world a new Economic and Financial working dimension driven for a South prospective - in the form of a revamp SIROP program.We have also noted and saved the many pictures of Grand police in-castration center/infamous - the many thread to save the place - we would like to remind our coconuts and breadfruits heads what led to the French government to earmark the former equally infamous Female French Prison in Strasbourg as future home of L'ENA. Having addressed the workings of that SIROP program, the UN, EU African Union and Gulf Region - time and time again have address the EU High Institutions and the governments of Europe - that SIROP program have massive leverage capacity if/when apply properly and it can be abused ( like that turd just now around my person and everybody know who it is )- those Refugees in France had those in Europe helped managed that program as it ought to be - even Pope Francis have opened a barber shoo and a Laundry Service for the exile/refugees in Vatican City - that program is driving EU economy, the big financial institutions, the Central Bank of EU yet the approach and respond. Had the EU and those high institutions helped managed that program differently since 2015 Europe would have been very different and Africa and the Gulf Region - nobody learns.  Those from the Refugee and exile who read what we write and once again in Dunkirk the fight which caused that fire - President Danny Faure President JA Michel was a total failure for the refugees/Exile working of Africa, the Gulf Region you need to understand take time and become involved not you blooming Blue economy at the rate things are going there will not be pink, yellow , green or brown economy.
