Now that CBS has said FIU could have bankrupted this country, will we still say that the Faure administration which is still keeping this FIU still has the legitimacy to run this country? can such a cohabitation be validated? on the one hand LDS keeps unveiling a;ll sort of unpleasantness and on the other hand Pl keeps saying yes it wrong and it will not happen again, but it still promotes the same people who are guilty of all this wrong doing..
Why did CBS remain quiet for so long? was it waiting for the country to become bankrupt?
Too many individuals and institutions have been accomplices by their silence in this raping of our country's meager financial resources...ENOUGH IS ALREADY TOO MUCH!

Mitchel J Edmond Where can we read that CBS stating FIU could have bankrupt Seychelles

Percy Rose I am sick and disgusted with FIU. They are more busy now probing into the small fries' financial dealings when they themselves are guilty of the pilferation of our hard earned money. What respect do they deserve from the Seychellois people?

Mitchel J Edmond We have been protesting for 15 years and more at the approach and attitude of many in that Seychelles instead - we have written to the EU and the UN instead they read the crappy reports the like of FIU publish then they go for us in EU that FECAS-ECSVS and the SIROP portal whilst joining with all the super crooks and creaming us off. Sir James Mancham ought to be alive to see it unfolding

Jacques Pool People need to be made accountable if we are to become a real country, instead of a little backwater third world banana republic.

Mitchel J Edmond Mr Pool this situation is far from hilarious or amusing - the Powers that be in lending us their expertise and sharing of knowledge the quality, standards and approach - We all have our crazy project one of our crazy project had Seychelles changes by mean of Force would have been to set up a Department to manage "Prostitution and Bordelle" - firstly what his imply the challenges of the Brainwashing of our community coming back from Exile, the terrible British benchmark ruthless global corporate business high workings how little people get taken apart, ripped off and whatever little wealth raided and then the global media workings, the establishments workings - under a Military government they could not have stop/prevents this do another coup d'etat on those who had just done a coup - the loss of lives. If they protest exclude them all the manners from FA Rene have had to battle to keep the economy going and provide Jobs/work, housing etc. We have spent a great deal of time studying how these Prostitute Houses and Bordelle get set up and how they work globally - we have been involved for the past 30 years to help put some kind of order too - what about the pretty ladies and lads involve. Again we are talking of high finance and corporate and diplomatic workings - hence the reason the USA and a number of other opposed that I return with the exile community in 1992/3 . My attitude and approach. The fate of the many Madams and their Managers -

An inboxed comment just received I reproduce below:
After reading the published AG’s Report and the subsequent joint-letter from Barber and Scully, allow me to comment below:
1. Is it not imprudent of you, Barber and Scully being the ‘self-proclaimed experts to Seychelles’ to not retain important original copies of the NDEA, FIU and other subcontracted parties contracts rather than to send redacted versions edited skeleton forms after removal of vital paragraphs and wordings
2. It is absolutely imperative that you surrender to the original copies of all the various contracts which we all know should still be in your possession as we desperately need them for forensic carbon-dating examinations besides other forensic tests which could be very useful and vital to Haig High Court for further scrutiny and assessment.
a) With regards to Barry C. Galvin of Barry C. Galvin & Son, it is important to know whether Mr Galvin’s partnership legal practice in question realise that they still owe Seychelles Revenue Commission withholding tax at 15%, applicable on all gross telegraphic transfer payments made to them outside Seychelles which you all are well aware is different to PIT - Personal Income Tax. And bear in mind that any arrears on unpaid tax is subjected to 20% punitive interest and at compound it should reach twofold of the total tax sum due in 3 years 9 months and 13 days and fourfold in an additional 3¾ years. In another words 15% on say R100million equates to R15million p.a. but, if the amount remains owing for 7½ years the tax due becomes R60 million. And bear in mind that failure to pay will result in us contacting even Interpol to retrieve our Seychellois people’s money. Could Mr Galvin provide us with a list of persons including Seychellois citizens known publicly as local stooges and under-cover agents who received monies directly or indirectly through your firm or via your brokerage dealings during his consultancy dealings with FIU or NDEA on recommendations or instructions of high profile leaders in the previous government.
3. We want to have sight of all original bank statements relating to your Allied Irish Bank ac no 22612010 to reconcile with all the TTs sent from Seychelles since commencement to-date to trace whether they correspond with what you must have actually declared to Ireland’s Inland Revenue to avoid us making direct request from Ireland Authorities concerned. Also it is important that we have sight to all your firm’s original invoices supporting each and every transfer made to your partnership.
4. It is also important that we have additional information as follows:
(1) Reconciled Cash Book Receipts & Payments of all NDEA and FIU bank accounts from 2006 to 31st May, 2017.
(2) Petty Cash Book Receipts and Payments records from 2006 to 31st May, 2017.
(3) All original bank statements of all NDEA and FIU bank accounts from 2006 to 31st May, 2017.
(4) All original invoices and necessary supporting documents including bank direct debit and credit slips relating to all bank transactions and all petty cash receipts & supporting vouchers.
5. To also assist us with an in depth ‘combing’ investigation, we urgently request the following:
a) All original bank statements of all Solas Beo Inc’s bank accounts from 10.12.2007 to-date and to confirm whether its office address was not in ‘your briefcase’ whilst in Seychelles.
b) Likewise all original bank statements of all Tech Company Ltd’s bank accounts from 01.04.2011 to-date and to confirm whether its office address was also not in ‘your briefcase’ whilst at your Seychelles Office.
c) All original bank statements of all Calendula Ltd’s bank accounts from 10.12.2007 to-date and to confirm whether its office address was not in ‘your car’ whilst in Seychelles.
d) The CV of Joseph Cully employed at FIU in 2010 as Asset Agent whilst he was a director of Solas Beo from late 2009. And confirm whether no conflict of interest existed with him being an FIU employee and at the same time a director of an FIU’s contractor.
e) Also the CV of Christopher Mooney employed at FIU from 01.10.2011 to April 2006 as Senior Asset Agent whilst he was an ‘Operation Consultant’ of SeyPIC (Seychelles Piracy Intelligence Cell) from late 2009. And confirm also whether no conflict of interest existed with him being an FIU employee and at the same time a consultant of an FIU’s contractor.
f) The details of Daniel Technologies based in Dublin which supplied security equipment and uniforms to NDEA from the years 2011 to 2016 amounted to SR6,947,386 transferred to AIB Bank account no: 01610009 in Dublin, Ireland. And provide a detailed list of all equipment supplied during all the years of purchase with the asset-register.
g) The CV of Finbarr O’leary employed as deputy director of FIU from 02.04.2015 to 30.11.2016. And confirm whether no conflict of interest existed with him being an FIU employee and at the same time a consultant to FIU.
h) The CV of Thomas Quilter employed as deputy director of FIU from 10.03.2015 to 09.03.2017. And again confirm whether no conflict of interest existed due to the fact he was an employee of FIU whilst also a consultant to FIU.
i) Confirm Solas Beo and Calendula were not paper-companies with similar personnel or nominee(s) as director(s) and that their offices were not in your dining room.
j) Confirm whether Solas Beo and Calendula have made no instructed or recommended political payments to Seychellois citizens associated with any clandestine dealings with high profile leaders in the government publically known as local stooges and under-cover agents
k) Confirm whether portions of the intercepted 140kg heroin at different occasions were not secretly pilfered by you to put on sale through your local dealers for personal enrichment?
l) In your listing of the ‘contractors & agencies’ activities’ (in your penultimate paragraph), why did you have to insert such details as ‘assassination of high profile persons’? Are you Barber and Scully trying to intimidate our current MNAs of the NA and leaders of LDS like you have successfully instilled fear in James Michel and his entourage?
m) Parts of what you have written in your joint-letter have Creole-English intonations and expressions, hence could you confirm that your letter in question was not edited by local friends or agents in Seychelles prior to your publication. If the latter was the case, could you let us know the name(s) of the Seychellois person(s) who assisted in drafting that letter.
