1994 in France
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1994_in_France

On 29 May 2000, the 'Additional Protocol to the Sangatte Protocol' was signed between France and the UK, an agreement that provided for immigration checkpoints to be set up by France in Eurostar stations in the UK and for immigration checkpoints to be set up by the UK in Eurostar stations in France. The UK was eager to conclude the agreement with France because, for several years, many Eurostar passengers arrived in the UK without adequate documentation and a significant number claimed asylum on arrival.

On 4 February 2003, France and the UK concluded the Treaty of Le Touquet (formally known as the Treaty between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the French Republic concerning the implementation of frontier controls at sea ports of both countries on the Channel and North Sea).[11][12][13] This agreement provided for juxtaposed controls on a number of cross-Channel ferry routes. The Treaty was subsequently put into effect in the UK by the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Juxtaposed Controls) Order 2003, under the authority of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.[14]

So what is in Le Touquet treaty?
Signed at a summit between President Chirac and Tony Blair in 2003, it provided for France and Britain to erect juxtaposed border controls in Channel ports. This effectively moved the French frontier to Kent and the UK frontier to Calais.
The agreement was initially  signed as part of a wider deal by Nicolas Sarkozy, then the interior minister, and David Blunkett, the home secretary, which saw France close the Sangatte Red Cross centre, near the Eurotunnel entrance. open since 1999. In exchange, Britain agreed to receive half of Sangatte’s 2,000 migrants.

Comment - Britain boast of its elite education Harrow, Eaton, Oxford, Cambridge and we use to have the most awful dispute with then Lady Thatcher if they were so good why the super cackup in the British and European Politic and big business - economic issues. The utter dreadful situation which prevailed and existed then . Question has this changed much over the past 30 years 18/1/18 ( the satanic discipline/science  have taken over everything/mad-cow phenomena, mechanism and rave /rage in everything and the media horror) how knowledge and information is managed - if any thing getting worse  and the price /cost of High Education today  and the real situation the super political mess and economic woes.

Much more important then 1987/88 implementation of the new human communication and interaction mode and the politicians and dishonest media what they explained it as - the new synergy.symbioses and associated workings/benchmark which drove was driving many issues  - development in former East Europe, USSR, China and Africa  and Asia this in turn impacting many aspect of Britain and Europe important daily political, Justice, Society reaction and respond the NGO and the Church the Establishments  and High Management thematic and those who had to report and write down history their approach and benchmark and then outcome several years down the road, madness and lack of mass of vital information and related information which can help and contribute to manage future challenges and problematic.  Such as the situation this morning between France and Britain PM May government and President Macron Government -

Serious academicians brought us by and educated/drummed into our heads the need to take high management benchmark serious or do not become involved or attempt to apply them.

That SIROP program was a crucial part, component and mechanism, leveraging and gearing, bulldozing and driving so many European, Russian, East Europe, Gulf Region , the USA, the Indian Ocean and Asia yet those who benchmark to write what led and caused that Channel Tunnel to be build and associated development project, the Pas de Calais Economic Region, the Disney Project and the Redevelopment of Lille City. ( The Illuminati/<Masonic and Templar sciences and disciplines) It is not sustainable, illogical,  that you use and apply a particular set of high Management discipline, knowledge and mechanism then report a complete different workings and story or information and expect the issues to be sustained over long time and challenges and difficult times) It is and they are very basic law of nature, mathematics and psychic, chemistry - The politicians knew of it, the gutter media and the Market and Establishments the process and how it/they worked.  Making in a reason and motives for those involved in then then conception and management and implementation of that SIROP program to have major/important capacity and active involvement in many aspect of economic, politic and vast strand of issues. Including my person.

Many of those high personalities have died left this world and those left behind and those who were involved and in the know the respective attitude and bench mark of interactive and communication - they spin events and stories and they are not always telling the story or events as they were. Our many statements we had refused to publish the version of events with that SIROP program pleading that UN, EU or African Union write a report - however until 2012  how the information and knowledge on this historic program was were managed beside the attempts on our part to use a large numbers of information platform to store and mange the information and associated issues as they developed.  ( From our Seychelles and Mauritius Community prospective the future generation who will take over and be called to take serious responsibility as did previous generation - the manner they are being programmed, controlled and managed the knowledge and ability to manage information and knowledge - with a great deal of mental problematic.  Here is a challenge for the EU Institutions and UN safe until now  the European Justice have contributed and lend a helping hand when they are gone waht will ensue , how things will be done and managed.

There is also another major challenge how politicians work in Europe France and Britain no exception those who work get things done and the politicians and the media give them credit - hence we write is compel to write the many instance we have leveraged and energized, impute a given situation  like the Channel Tunnel Project and the Nord Pas de Calais and the Disney project and those politicians, market and big finances  and the relevant institutions called to mange the ongoing issues they come back to my person for impute and help manage them then,  again everybody after wards say  it never happened and they are inventions.

As President Macron meets with PM May in Sandhurst and the media surrounding them and the Conservative machines - the need to refer and think back upon those invents and what we have address here. They include then government of President Mitterrand and the Interior Minister Sarkozy and later as President his comportment with that SIROP program and what ensued with his President ship and later attempt over the at SIROP program. We had been imputing in the synergy and dynamic surrounding the first protocol and second protocol.  Those conservative of then Lady Thatcher and PM John Major  and they are all very quiet over the issues.

The same applies to the PM Blair debacle the new Treaty and debacles hence the reason we have stressed we had wanted to have a small Indian ocean Center in Calais and those in Britain who have opposed this and their motives.  We have informed and address the European courts, the International courts and the Human Rights court  and heads of Government and other EU instances.

Little wonder in Seychelles President J A Michel state and have stated what is corruption it is a perception and where he get his benchmark and cue from and those in Mauritius.

That Program is alive - what will those Arab nation think and question the benchmark and those African nations question  about the benchmark . What will a President Donald Trump think of the Benchmark and practices.

As result of this historic event those who put us under great stress last night three major laptop crash and page blank and refuse to open and rebooting and the same this morning - each time there has been such an important event and our reporting to the UN, UNHCR, the EU Justice and others.

Re: Britain must pay more for Calais migrants, says French minister

Post  Sirop14 on Fri Jan 19, 2018 11:25 pm

It is very late 22.38 PM Friday 18/1/18 we had wanted to ignore the paper article about Minister Boris Johnson idea for a Bridge between Britain/Folkestone and Calais - the the French media the comment. At the same time the numerous articles - today's mass media and communication very unlike 1987 when the issues of the Channel Tunnel came up then PM Thatcher government, the Market in London,  Paris,  Germany, Milan  - Europe with grave economic uncertainty in the USSR and the COMECON. The economic situation in the USA not exactly Bright, the Gulf Region, China then and Africa. Minister Boris Johnson idea and proposal is a challenge to any or those still alive today who had been involved then - with his Bridge.

Among one/some of the most important issues associated with that Channel Tunnel Project was not just the economic - the current knowledge and media issue of Britain once linked to the French continent not researched the many documentaries available today on this subject - the implications  evolution of the nations and cultural and and climatic dynamics, then Britain of 1980, society, community, politic and life in general and the major difference on the continent to enhance, improve and change this Channel Tunnel project - It required the re calibrating High Management setup up of vast strand of French, Britain and European issues which would impact climate, ecosystem, animals and insects, creatures  and human engineering - at the very beginning of the Referendum ask those politicians and the media are they aware what they are trying to do not just get away for ECJ jurisdiction,  the Single market - there so many vast complicated mechanism and dynamics and synergy which will have to be reversed restructured differently and the foreseen outcome and results as those who had then worked the issues. You do not manage such science and discipline with Satanic mechanism, rage and raves and mad cow  dynamics - politics. The British and English Nation choose to forget and refuse to remember the state of Britain in the early 80's compared to the rest of Europe For the sake of the argument lets us forget the Chanel Tunnel the big question where does/did the modern British architecture acquire/got is inspiration and science from certainly not directly for the old Britain/England dynamic and state of life, Culture of the 1980's, the modern living environment today and cities. It came form European continental innovative forces and dynamics - forget your ~~ECJ the British and Britain have been caught in their own trap of Propaganda and false news and mega manipulation and its people and inhabitants loss their identity in the process - inventing and taking vast strands of credits where they are not due

We did not have the WWW then and the manner the media worked and Information and knowledge were managed or controlled. The Manner British Establishment worked and those involved. Certainly the then Ministers were a completely different caliber of humans and individuals compared to the Ministers today.

Another very important part of the equation - the aggressiveness of that "Satanic mechanism, rave/rage, Mad Cow came after 1989/91" when the Wall fell , the COMECON  changed and Russia and the situation China, the Gulf Region, Latin america and Asia, Africa - meanwhile the global epidemic and out of control of that Mechanism impacting business thinking, engineering, Market, Finance and the very long list and political thinking and such approach. Those hell bent on creating a new world controlled environment and they were warned they themselves have become the culprit.

Meanwhile the benchmark of things communication and high management - In Scandinavia, China, Russia and elsewhere the technology to build super bridges and like it or not that SIROP program involvement/associated synergy. Other Project in Planning the connectivity between the USA and Europe and the trouble Morocco/Spain Tunnel and the Sicily Bridge.

Equally important the project to Build the floating Airport by then Mayor Boris Johnson and how the British media bombarded the public with the idea and the energy they used and the manner it was being done, the Market, Politic and the manipulation of that SIROP program form London the Mayor Office point of view.

This said come the mega debacle of the Britexit then PM Cameron government Conservative and Coalition - the many aggressive arguments to leave Europe - EU and the ECJ  and Single Market - meanwhile the EU parliament describing it as a very crooked led idea by very crooked politicians. The arguments the media was publishing that the Channel Tunnel should be flooded, should be blocked  and other issues. So much hate and enmity  and leading voters like made cattle - forgetting some 40 years it had taken to negotiate and work out some kind of Europe - EU that we had arrived at today. Certainly MP Boris Johnson would not have lasted long under then Lady Thatcher government an her constant critics of looneys - crack pots.

We will add a few of the published article here not forgetting it is under the French Forum  and the statements and article that had be coming out at the Referendum and suddenly everybody chose to forget  it is forgetfulness or that Satanic mechanism Rage/CJD at work then PM Francois Holland government and now President Macron his Grandmother is British.

Again the above said how a few years ago the world worked differently  and Europe or North Africa  and the pivoting role/aspect of that SIROP program impacting Migration and Refugees politic.
