Dr Ramadoss resigns as SCCI chairman - 25.01.2013
Dr V. Ramadoss has resigned as chairman of the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).
Mr Ramadoss has been the SCCI chairman since March 2010 and his resignation is effective January 28, 2013. He has stated personal reasons for resigning from the post.
A new SCCI chairman will be elected along with other councilors during the annual general meeting on March 21, 2013.
“The SCCI, which represents the private sector, remains committed in its role to help create a conducive environment for free enterprise to operate and develop a positive business climate in the country,” a communiqué from the chamber has said.
