Air service agreement with Mozambique to propel aviation relations

28-May-2019

Bilateral aviation relations between Seychelles and Mozambique are set to be propelled to new heights after the two states signed an air service agreement during President Danny Faure’s historic state visit to the southern African country.

The signing of this agreement done recently follows months of robust engagement between the aeronautical authorities of the two countries.

The negotiation was concluded in December 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya, during the annual international civil aviation negotiations event.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the government of Seychelles by Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning Minister, Ambassador Maurice Loustau-Lalanne and on behalf of the government of Mozambique by the deputy Minister for Transport and Communications, Manuela Joaquim Rebelo.
