Cabinet last week approved for Seychelles’ accession to the Beijing Convention 2010. This Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts relating to international Civil Aviation entered into force on July 1, 2018.
“With the approval for Seychelles’ accession to the Beijing Convention 2010, we are completely modernising our aviation security convention and protocols and it is a great advancement for Seychelles,” Alan Renaud, the principal secretary for civil aviation, ports & marine, explained.
