Charlotte Christine of Brunswick-Lüneburg - the D'auban Family

There are those who think we are potty - well, it is a shame Mr Julien D'urup article have not appeared of late.

We came across this issues and some 150 years ago those who gave the issues due coverage/thought - safe a slight twist.  The Coral Strand Hotel facing Silhouette Island belonged to the D'auban Family and they used to embarque in the Grand Pirogue almost in front of where Coral Strand is today.

Beside the important issues we have written - links between that SIROP program, the COMECON, USSR, the Warsaw Pact - the Russian take thing seriously. Most important the role we played in/leading to the discover of the Romanov Family remain/burial ground, the last Tsar of Russia. Why we were and got involved.

My question when the Russian bought the Hotel did they/anybody know of the story - the Orthodox Church used to meet there also. The story briefly mentioned at Wikipedia of Tsarevich Alexei Petrovich of Russia ex wife Charlotte Christine of Brunswick-Lüneburg - marrying a Mr D'auban in Louisiana after she had managed to flee then Russia, they migrated to Paris then Ile de France/Mauritius - after his death return to France. Some research say it was not a D'auban as in the case of the history of Mauritius.

Those who were acquainted with the D'auban Family among them the Souyave/Descharmond Family our recollection of the Family.

Those Russian forget the Cold War and Communist era - they have so much money to throw around they may judge it right if the Story links
to buy Silhouette Island.
