Education my foot - do you know if you were in Africa and an African brother told you I am form X country and played a very crucial role the WWW exist - do you know the powers and contents of the WWW. Today the education they give to the youth and children on how to use the WWW - their Communist, Dictatorial and corrupted approach. Hence the WWW - everybody have been screaming they want new political leaders, Party and system in the WWW you have examples of the best of world leaders in human existence and the worse - which in the days of President Mancham were not available and the Communist ear/One party system - leave those Leaders alone - you the people educate yourself, make the most use of the WWW - there would be counter reaction either something positive comes out/about or negative. So far it has been negative. That/this is not a good note for those of use who thought we could beat our ancestral "Templar, Illuninati and Masonic, Fraternal Teachers/educator" by creating this system.

May we add- in term of cash/money, resources, wealth and riches - in the WWW concept you have been inundated with cash/money, world resources, Health, wealth riches and blessing knowledge the best of then Europe 1980's and today, the USA, Canada, South America, Japan, South Africa, then COMECON - today's Nations then USSR and today's Russia, the China and today's China.

Many in Seychelles hate/dislike - just do not want to hear of those personalities and individuals who went about setting /laying the foundation of this Nation. They refuse to discusses and debate it in public - Yet it is very important.
Way back 1977/78/79 President FA Rene had chucked/purged the place/Country of those who could have played a very important in building that nation. Those/their fate in exile restarting all over again.
We found our person in a strange situation - in London, South Africa, Paris, USA, Australia and Canada - the many exiles their sufferings and pain having lost everything and the maltreatment/mistreatment - disjointed and dislocated feelings - sentiments.
Leave aside the Austrian Neutral politic then Cold War - its Education system/University system. We had just began to change mode from English/French system thinking. In Seychelles those like Mr Guy Morel, we had know before we left. His sudden high responsibilities under then President FA Rene government. We also had a Consulate In Vienna and their close workings with Seychelles government.
UNIDO/IMF/World Bank Cold War - they knew everything going on in all those countries their respective economic programs. A great deal more. Suddenly FA Rene realized you cannot carry a gun everyday and kill or practice shooting - you have to run a country and nation. We had discussed these with very many in Vienna - the approach and in other countries then. The challenges of Brain drain and the investments in 1978 by governments to send their you to study abroad and they mostly never return. The impact on the economy/nation - the UN/UNIDO/World Bank and IMF concern. .
After a number of visit to Vienna by Dr Maxim Ferrari - then Minister, the announcement a Seychelles Institutes of Management would be set up - and everybody in Vienna, we knew smiled - the benchmark and Socialist approach. We had by then joined Prof Micheal Hofmann Vienna Interdisciplinary management Institute - with every intention of doing our three year and then getting a beautiful diploma and certificate.
After one year we had become very familiar/rudiment with this topic in theory - that was when we dare challenge, the USA establishment, the Pentagon, the CIA, the White House, the US Senate and NATO, then South African government and Britain, France, the mighty USSR, China, the Warsaw Pact and the None Aligned - with the help of those who had know our person researched into that Indian Ocean Industrial Investment and promotion Center - the foundation of the COI. We had also 3/4 contracts ad Consultant/learning/stage. {Excuse the comment - this is the kind of deep end/traumatic process is expected on you when you join such elite workings and practice} We lost our cool after its publication and wanted revenge/accountability and in the process spoil our chance to fishing out Study. That did not stop us and we did not stop there - we have been trained and educated not to boast and brag to have a firm feet on the ground - what we went on to become and do. { Just may be if we had stayed in Vienna and finished our studies and practice we would not have become such a maverick- saner - for the very many of you it would not have been fun. }
