Eine der größten Naturkatastrophen der Geschichte erreichte das Bewusststein der Öffentlichkeit nur schrittweise. Der Tsunami im Indischen Ozeans vom 26. Dezember 2004 kostete - wie Monate später annähernd feststand - etwa 250.000 Menschen das Leben. Die Austria Presse Agenturen berichtete wie viele internationale Nachrichtenagenturen zuerst von "zahlreichen Toten", ohne der Meldung einen besonderen Stellenwert einzuräumen. We keep writing we do not not just wast/take our time to post random issues there are reasons. We are not posting and English or French article but a German. Having written that for some time in Austria, German University they have special Unit/Professors who devote and specialize their study to monitor the impact of that "infernal Satanic rage/rave/crack vibes".  Just as they developed pioneering high management discipline, or engineering or Military technology.

We wrote and have been writing for some 10 years of other scientific issue the scientist, media and politicians refused to bring to public there exist mechanism to trigger and cause such an incident.  They are regulatory mechanism. This in itself 2004/5 should have woken many around the world as to what is really going on as against what the politicians were telling the public and the media and experts.  10 years on what the media and how they recapitulate events and those painful 10 years.

We are in the process of re -  engineering this project and those who already are benefiting - we are talking of very big business and very big finance and politic - if it goes wrong what those utterly corrupted parties we tell the world. This include the Vatican.

Tsunami 2004 remembered

Yesterday the world commemorated the 10th year anniversary of the tsunami of 2004 that affected even Seychelles.

It all started with an earthquake. The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake was an undersea mega thrust earthquake that occurred at 00:58:53 UTC on Sunday December 26, 2004, with an epicentre off the west coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. The quake itself is known by the scientific community as the Sumatra–Andaman earthquake. The resulting tsunami was given various names, including the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, South Asian tsunami, Indonesian tsunami, the Christmas tsunami and the Boxing Day tsunami.

The earthquake was caused when the Indian Plate was subducted by the Burma Plate and triggered a series of devastating tsunamis along the coasts of most landmasses bordering the Indian Ocean, killing 230,000 people in fourteen countries, and inundating coastal communities with waves up to 30 metres (100 ft) high. It was one of the deadliest natural disasters in recorded history. Indonesia was the hardest-hit country, followed by Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand.
With a magnitude of 9.1–9.3, it is the third largest earthquake ever recorded on a seismograph. The earthquake had the longest duration of faulting ever observed, between 8.3 and 10 minutes. It caused the entire planet to vibrate as much as 1 centimetre (0.4 inches) and triggered other earthquakes as far away as Alaska. Its epicentre was between Simeulue and mainland Indonesia. The plight of the affected people and countries prompted a worldwide humanitarian response. In all, the worldwide community donated more than $14 billion (2004 US$) in humanitarian aid.

For Seychelles, along with other events, this prompted the creation of the Divisions of Risk and Disaster Management in 2006, the country realised that a national coordinating body needed to be put in place for such events. Much has been done in terms of infrastructure, district contingency plans, setting up protocols, acquiring necessary equipment and organising appropriate trainings for staff and partners. Much improvement needs to be made. Disaster management can be a complex issue and thus needs much information gathering, observation, assessments, planning preparation and prevention work and response and recovery planning and exercise practices.

Recently, in September 2014 DRDM organised a Tsunami simulation exercise in two consecutive days, testing the Regional Tsunami Service Providers of India, Indonesia and Australia’s flow of information for warning Seychelles via Seychelles Meteorological Office (METEO) through to the DRDM. The exercise also tested DRDM’s co-joined with METEO’s office Tsunami Standard Operating Procedure, and along with other partners tested the communication system, response strategies, and district evacuation plans within the District Contingency Plans, also equipment and staff of first responder agencies were also tested. From the two-day exercise testing at different times and at different levels on how Seychelles would take up a tsunami threat gaps were identified and many recommendations were made internally and externally whereby all partners see their roles better and is working towards more improvement to better prepare for early warning, mitigation, response and recovery measures preparation.

As the destruction of the 2004 tsunami is remembered, we are also conscious that much needs to be done and preparative participation of the general public as well as agencies will make a difference, as we all increase our understanding concerning tsunami and tsunami safety and enable ourselves to act appropriately and without panic if ever a tsunami comes in order to save lives.

Yesterday Mr Christopher Gill addressed a Blog issue about the money raise for Victoria some Rs 80 millions and how it is spend, the utter corruption. We are entitled to some of that money collect from  the merchants and business community.

We could/had wanted to stay away longer because of the payment issues, update etc came back earlier and the payment attached did not go through and the account was in suspense - the highly abnormal climate phenomena which developed overnight, Snow, closing the airport and Train Station - yet what the corrupted experts and politicians and media writes - now that the portal is paid for another years the cream off, the milking, the very long list - this is the world and Britain - those in USA be they the white House or the Intelligence Service who ought to know and those in EU their respective institutions. Swedish Royals Remember 2004 Tsunami

King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended a memorial service yesterday in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the 2004 tsunami in southeast Asia. Queen Silvia wore a navy blue felt cloche hat trimmed in multiple layers of silk ribbon wrapped around the crown and a ribbon rosette. Silvia has worn a number of cloche hats this year and while it is not my favourite of hat shapes, it is nice to see a contemporary royal embrace them.

Comment - We had been somewhat scatter brain studying the picture - had not read the Tsunami memorial Service. We will stand before the International Court and the UN Institution stating our plight in Europe the past 36 years how King Gustave have stood by us and his officials helped/supported - as such when it come to the mega debacle of the 2004 Earthquake and Tsunami he has a Right to know what were the core issues - it/they relate to ancient discipline which had been applied to workings/building numerous highly important Financial, Economic, corporate issues of the Indian Ocean - those who had been abusing it for some 10/12 years they had been warned, countless protests and other action stop the abuse - within that workings are regulatory discipline and when it is called to act/work what it can do. Because of the terrible/highly corrupted Internationale benchmark, those putting forward other scientific explanation, the real cause have not been solved and if it persist what may happen - much more so now that BRICS is in place. President Obama, President Clinton and President Bush know and are aware of the many views of the new role of the Indian Ocean Region, the knowledge, wisdom, discipline and science required to work and Manage this new found high global/world responsibility. The USA High Position for the past 6/7 years. To underline the importance had written to King Gustave and requesting that he lend us his support by becoming the Patron of a very important project of help appoint/nominate somebody with the capacity to help us build the required seriousness and due benchmark in the Project.
