The refugees have been relying on the UNHCR network and resources to support and explain their situation to the world - recent President Donald Trump reaction towards the many UN high Institutions and with a great degree of support - because they squander a great deal of money and high apparatchik and they are very condescending and the end results and their attitude, the misinformation, mismanagement. The African Union is just a talking shop for the exile/refugees -That SIROP program was a more, greater global inclusive approach at working and tackling the refugees and exile topics. The UN/UNHCR and the politicians in Seychelles for 40 years have maintained there are only half a dozens of exile/refugees from Seychelles this is just one example or their benchmark.
