Kuoni UK: Creole Travel Services clinches best agent award

28-March-2014
Local destination management company (DMC) Creole Travel Services (CTS) has clinched the 2013 Kuoni UK Award Agent.
Kuoni is one of the world’s most reputable and longstanding tour operating brands in the world and is renowned for excelling in quality when it comes to travel arrangements of clients around the world.
Kuoni has different agents all over the world and CTS is one among them.
The award is an incentive by Kuoni to keep their agents motivated and give service that will satisfy their clients.

The awards for best agent (DMC handling Kuoni clients) and best representative are decided among approximately 53 destinations.
The award recipient is decided based on a questionnaire filled by Kuoni clients upon their departure after their holiday. The result depends 100% on the clients’ feedback.
Getting 96% of customers’ satisfaction, CTS won the first prize as the best agent and, as the icing on the cake, a CTS staff member Garry Charles won the award for best representative of Kuoni.
“CTS received an award of recognition already in 2012 for being ranked among the Top 5. Now, being the best agent (DMC) and best representative is a clean sweep for Seychelles,” said CTS general manager Guillaume Albert during a cocktail reception held earlier this week to celebrate the achievement.
Present at the reception, held at the CTS headquarters, Orion Mall, were the Minister for Tourism and Culture Alain St Ange, CTS chairman Joseph Albert, staff of CTS and other guests.
“It is with a true sense of pride that we accept this very special distinction. The merit goes to the management and team of our company who have believed that we could meet worldwide standards through our products and services. This is the result of an inspiring team effort where all players have excelled in their respective field of work – from our airport hosts, to the drivers, guides and representatives. This award is a tribute to all the hard working Seychellois within our industry and shows that we can all reach high grounds and accomplish wonders through commitment and passion for our line of work,” Mr Albert added.
He took the opportunity to thank Minister St Ange and his team for his usual support.
“We believe this award contributes at reinforcing the positioning of Seychelles as a preferred holiday destination,” he said.
Congratulating the CTS, Minister St Ange said: “This award is proof of the hard work you are doing and it shows that you are devoted to move Seychelles forward. This is a joyful occasion not only for your company but for the country. And today you are setting an example for others to follow. I really want to congratulate all the staff for their devotion and hope that you continue on the same path.”
