CEE countries
The term CEE includes the Eastern bloc (Warsaw Pact) countries west of the post-World War II border with the former Soviet Union, the independent states in former Yugoslavia (which were not considered part of the Eastern bloc), and the three Baltic states – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (which chose not to join the CIS with the other 12 former republics of the USSR). The CEE countries are further subdivided by their accession status to the European Union (EU): the eight first-wave accession countries that joined the EU on 1 May 2004 (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Slovenia), the two second-wave accession countries that joined on 1 January 2007 (Romania and Bulgaria) and the third-wave accession country that joined on 1 July 2013 (Croatia). According to the World Bank 2008 analysis, the transition to advanced market economies is over for all 10 countries that joined the EU in 2004 and 2007. CEE countries includes the following former socialist states, which extend East from the borders of Germany, Austria, Italy; West from the borders of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova; South from Finland, the Baltic Sea; and North from the border of Greece: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_and_Eastern_Europe "We posted a thread of the conference in Poland 12/02/19, topic US attempting to destroy EU and the image we had at this forum was hacked and we have decided to add this image. In the USA those who would like to educate the world we do not take easily to be educated by the USA, our French Ancestors working in the USA, Canada, Quebec, France - they help build that USA and their daily input in US working. We could have brag what our real role was in the Cold War Transition from the Communist to the changes and joining the EU block, enlargement process, again we prefer to rely on our ancestral values, good sense. This working and values is extremely important for our Indian ocean working, particularly Seychelles sand it ethnic challenges, its role and function in the African Union and regional workings, not everybody understand the purpose and logic of such workings and information and knowledge. " Partly the loss of Seychelles first President, Sir James Mancham and the amount of time and energy he invested to explain to the world Seychelles unique role in some of those issues.
