The Survey Division in the Ministry of Lands and Housing and the local Land Surveying community mourn the sudden passing of one of the first Seychellois who rose from the rank of a simple Land Surveyor to Chief Surveyor.

The might USA knowledge/awareness of the Pan European Movement, who were/are those people, their involvement and impute in that SIROP program and the BIOT debacles, East West vast many geostrategic, economic. real politic ,.    Linked to the SIROP program debacles, Seychelles government approach in Mahe to the Chagossian/Illois plight and politic, how they benefitted from that SIROP program implementation past  37 years,  compared to those 21,000 Seychelles exiles, the TRNUC .
