CREODEV Ltd est une société seychelloise spécialisée dans l’audit technique pour des bailleurs de fonds et dans la gestion de projets de développement. Elle est dirigée par trois experts internationaux. Depuis mai 2015, elle travaille en partenariat avec AXA-Matrix, la branche développement du groupe AXA, un des premiers groupes d'assurance et de gestion d'actifs dans le monde.
Face à la complexité accrue des métiers et d’un secteur peu structuré au niveau de l’aide au développement, l’entreprise CREODEV à été créée en 2012. Ainsi, elle devient un interlocuteur privilégié auprès de l’Union Européenne et de l’ONU. Ces organisations ont une politique de lutte contre la pauvreté qui s’appuie sur des moyens technologiques qui nécessitent des experts, toujours plus pointus, pour des missions souvent courtes et complexes. Par exemple, un projet d’usine de dessalement à Djibouti ou un jumelage institutionnel dans le secteur de l’aviation.
A cet effet, CREODEV mandate, sélectionne, forme et encadre des experts issus des pays bénéficiaires. Ils sont intervenus dans plus de 30 pays sur 4 continents, sur des projets financés par l’Agence Française de Développement et l’Union Européenne. L’entreprise accompagne, aussi, les auditeurs financiers DELOITTE et PWC. Coupler savoir-faire et nationalité sur des missions internationales « sur mesure », est le challenge quotidien de l’équipe seychelloise.
Le service ressources humaines a mis en place une base de données pour gérer les experts internationaux. Avec au moins 200 000 connexions, 10 000 CV et 120 nationalités, une stratégie d’évaluation des CV a été mise en place. A l’heure actuelle, CREODEV a employé plus de 200 experts internationaux.
Grace à la fibre optique, une bonne partie de l’activité de l’entreprise est basée sur le télétravail. Surtout, lors de réunions de démarrage de projets, en mission d’expertise, ou en réunion avec des clients et partenaires internationaux ou en Europe. La petite équipe travaille de façon interactive, avec chacun son champ d’intervention, de responsabilité et de niveau de décision.
CREODEV connaît une croissance progressive et a besoin, de plus en plus, de personnel qualifié bilingue (français-anglais), niveau master, pour administrer les projets et les experts.
