There are certain linking issues in our reposseing Court Case/Trial 2022 at the Clerkenwell County Court, our Lawyer and defence barrister One Pump Court, against the wish of our lawyers Miles and Partners, had made it a point to forward copy of the many communication to several parties in Seychelles, the AG, Lawyer Pardiwalla Towmey Lablach, the TRNUC, two leading /prominent law firm in Mauritius, Mr Olivier Bancoult of the Chagos community in Mauritius, politicians, copy to the UNHCR, the ICJ, the ICC, African Union Court, former Leader of Opposition Jeremy Corbyn, the Islington MP, Emily Thornberry, the Islington Law Centre, Amnesty international, the lawyers Daughtry Street Chambers Judge Ben Chataway the first 14 Hermitage Lawyers 1997, Hopkin Murrey Beskin lawyers/Jewish Care support in getting rehouse, AHARAG Housing Association then 1997, the European Parliament, some party in the USA,
The second court case led by and Islington Law firm and a group of famous barristers which ended October the eviction Order request on the 28/9/23, the County Court ruling and both time Islington Lawyer received my counter claim/plaint. I explained to the count that the Seychelles Community are poor /no money unlike several ethnic community, from 1997 informed the Islington Housing I would be using my flat to work and address the very many issues, topics related with our exile politic and community and corporate.
