Ambassador Conrad Mederic has been accredited as the second non-resident Seychelles ambassador to the Republic of Cabo Verde.
He presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Cabo Verde, José Maria Neves, on Wednesday February 28, 2024 in the City of Mindelo.
