Comment -We have addressed a couple of threads on the Bruxelles incident last week- the gathering/conference we had been working on for that SIROP program to revive it, reappraise it,  what took place and the global media garbage and the politicians - world institution.

Panama Papers: Leaks spur global investigations

Authorities across the world are being spurred into action after a huge leak of confidential documents revealed how tax havens are used to hide wealth.
Eleven million documents were leaked from the secretive Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca.
They show how the company has helped some clients launder money, dodge sanctions and avoid tax.
The company says it has operated beyond reproach for 40 years and has never been charged with criminal wrong-doing.
A number of investigations have been launched since the first revelations late on Sunday by Austrian, Dutch and Australian authorities, among others.

What triggered the Leak and publication  - those form Occupy and Wikileak know what we are talking about -  It was the efforts to get the officials in Strasbourg to back us and support a reappraisal of that SIROP program, the new Team Europe and the mega corruption and the meltdown  - from there we went to Mr Christopher Gill and ask him to use his connection  to get then to research and leak the documents, talk of policing and accountability our threads and comments have been saved by USA Services, EU Police, France, African Union  and other Services.  - what we undertook our-self to get other we know to find out the mega corruption after the global meltdown. Just listen to their program and so call experts and commentators - Mr Mark Zuckerberg them morons /nerds are laughing at us - they are implying that Facebook is useless, cannot impact the world and society working, cannot help regulate the world situation and workings. Then they ask why Wikileak started, why we created the WWW, why so many young individual s oppose their system  - for one the masonic Institutions of 1987 and those of today is very different and that is because of the WWW impact,  what the world and society have got know. Much more cynical the building where the British Embassy moved in and Fonseka is housed in  Seychelles we played a key role that the owner/Parse Merchants rebuild that place.  Britain/England would like the the world to believe it controls the world it does not. Had we been in France/Germany or Austria that crap/manure would have explode/come about  very different. We reverted to working with Secour Catholic and Emmaus - how they get their resources put their resources together and manage them. Many of then have quarried and ask - your country is supposed to be beautiful and lots of very rich and affluent people - in future we will tel them bluntly thieves, crooks and criminals who pass as important and respectable citizens and politicians. Supposed upholder of the law and Justice. In Seychelles we have half a dozen of Companies who work and represent the Offshore Business - we helped and worked very hard to set up this entity as we would have it, in the Criminal world and our person know a very great deal and in-depth working of Panama and other places, the methodology and practices. Then we talk of reconciliation - what such situation/instance requires if they/those do not respect the ballot, the legal wish of the citizens and people /they need to be remove by Force. These are not law abiding and honest citizen who will have ultimate recourse for the Justice system these are super Criminals, crooks and thieves, super conman. It is very unfortunate the situation in Europe is not much better. Ian Cameron established Blairmore in Panama in 1981 and used a network of officers in the Caribbean to sign paperwork and fill nominal roles within the company to bolster its offshore credentials.

They included the late Solomon Humes, a former bank worker who became a bishop with the non-denominational Church of God of Prophecy in the Bahamas. His family said on Tuesday night that Bishop Humes “probably didn’t know who David Cameron was” when he carried out roles including vice-president of Blairmore from the mid-1990s.

David Cameron personally intervened to stop tax crackdown on offshore trusts

David Cameron personally intervened to prevent EU transparency rules affecting offshore tax trusts despite warnings it could create a loophole for tax dodgers, it has emerged.

The Prime Minister sent a letter that successfully argued for trusts to be treated differently to companies in anti-money laundering rules.

Mr Cameron wrote to the then-European Council president Herman van Rompuy, claiming that it was "clearly important we recognise the important differences between companies and trusts".

L’opération «Panama Papers» ? Coordonnée par le Consortium international des journalistes d’investigation, elle met en lumière un vaste système d’évasion fiscale. Et l’offshore mauricien est cité. Plusieurs journaux étrangers évoquent le cas de Tony Buckingham, bailleur de fonds du Conservative Party et qui possède la société Heritage Oil.Le Daily Mail parle d’un transfert «d’un paradis fiscal à un autre», soit des Bahamas à l’île Maurice.

Basée en Ouganda, Heritage Oil était enregistrée aux Bahamas. Pour ne pas payer des taxes de plusieurs millions de livres sterling en Ouganda, Heritage Oil s’est tournée vers la firme d’avocats Mossack Fonseca, basée au Panama. Celle-ci a alors fait en sorte que la société de Tony Buckingham soit enregistrée à Maurice, pour profiter de l’accord de non double imposition entre l’Ouganda et notre île.

Selon le journal sud-africain Times Live, Tony Buckingham aurait dû payer 404 millions de dollars américains comme capital gains taxes au gouvernement ougandais après avoir vendu 50% des actions que détenait Heritage Oil dans un gisement de pétrole. Montant de la transaction : 1,5 milliard de dollars américains.

The Guardian indique, lui, que la firme d’avocats a dépêché un cadre en urgence aux Bahamas pour faire le nécessaire pour que la société de Tony Buckingham soit domiciliée à Maurice. «Heritage Oil a tout fait pour éviter de payer la taxe à l’Ouganda, en payant une petite somme à ce pays de l’océan Indien», écrit le journal.

Selon Irish Times, il y a 1217 secret companies domiciliées à Maurice, 4987 aux Bahamas, 1108 aux l’îles Vierges Britanniques et 686 aux Seychelles.

Tax avoidance by multinational corporations will be forced into the open under proposals to be unveiled by European regulators on Tuesday following the Panama Papers revelations.

The European commission will put forward legislation requiring large multinationals operating in Europe to disclose profits earned and taxes paid in each of the EU’s 28 member states, as well as fiscal havens.

All large companies trading in Europe, including subsidiaries of non-European businesses, would have to publish how much tax they pay outside the EU, including detailed country-by-country information on their finances in tax havens.

Mossack Fonseca's Panama offices raided as tax investigators meet in Paris

The offices of the firm at the centre of the Panama Papers revelations were raided by police officers on Tuesday as investigators prepared to meet in Paris to launch an unprecedented inquiry into global tax evasion.

Panama’s attorney general ordered the raid on the Panamanian offices of Mossack Fonseca in an attempt to “establish the use of the firm for illicit activities”.

Police entered the company’s building under the command of the prosecutor Javier Caravallo, who specialises in organised crime and money laundering.

The raid comes after the leak of Mossack Fonseca’s huge database provoked international concern about the offshore industry. It occurred on the eve of a meeting in Paris of senior officials from the world’s tax authorities, who are intent on analysing the documents as part of new global strategy to crack down on offenders.
