The very important mechanism then President Mitterrand and several of his PM knowledge involved to drive progress, development and it global workings - Just like the EU called time on Seychelles government of President J A Michel and the abuse of those big multinational - it is time that debate/something is done at EU level to address the mega abuse, manipulation of that SIROP program - comparing the EU function like the workings of the ICC only African Head of State gets book those more important leading world politicians do not get book.
