Having spent two hours writing a thread about the big five when we uploaded it the forum crashed - went loco/somebody made it go loco. We will try and remember the issues form memory.

We wrote a thread on 5/6/11 asking what are the reasons for celebrating the 5th June revolution/coup d'etat. The mega celebration which took place in Sechelles/Seychelles and the need for everybody to look at rality/face reality - events in the region and the world.

The facts what the media write paint the world and the reality are complete different.

We mentioned the fact that those in Sechelles/Seychelles in the know who raised certain, some of those issues this morning - given that we had stated our wish to register this SIROP etc combined exile return program there.

We explained the situation in 1985 on ward, then assasination of Mr Gerrard Houreau leader of SNM/MPR still fresh on everybody's mind and those or anybody wishing to present a working/workable solution for Seychelles without the involvement of Force - what they had to do to compel, get then President FA Rene, the SPPF, the other national mechanism, the government and Ministers, the USSR, the COMECON, China, OAU Block, the None Aligned, the Latin American Block, the Trade Union in Europe and other Socialist parties which supported FA Rene Government - one Party system.

To enable us to even contemplate such a move, if it can/would work or not decided to contact and discuss with all then Big five - that was 1985 on wards - we had been in touch with some of them about the issues and requirement to form a National government in Seychelles and the issues of building a pan European Network for our communities.

We mentioned that some of those big five had come across us under lady Tacther government - the issues of Professor Hayet and Dr Professor Hoffman, the then British economy and indipendence issues, the North Seal oil issues. There are other fileds and issues we had been involved.

Most important the ongoing issues of the COMECON change, the USSR, the German Reunification, the changes in South Africa impending, changes in France economic and big finance, across Europe.

We had stated that we were fully aware of those working with Seychelles government like KPMG, their benchmark in comparison to the Benchmrk of the UN, UNHCR, UNIDO, IMF. In the discussion which we had we became comvinced that it would not be appropriate, it would do us not good to write a full refugee/exile return program and hand them to the above mention - given that we had met with seniour politicians and those who had worked in the field of refugee an exile return program - what one write and state, the debate, charade and what come out - for this reason refused to write a proper program and hand it to them.

Further more we had stated that we were fully aware of the fact that the information we presented to that firm of charted accountants would findtheir way to the relevant Intilligence Service, the politicians, the media, the Masonic/fraternal establishment. We were candid about it. In the case of KPMG we knew that any information discussed would be such that waht they passed/gave Seychelles government would be sufficient to convinced then of our seriousness and ability to put though such a program - not divulgue all the details which would damage our capacity to make it work.

We stated that the reason we had approach them also in the first instance their capacity and resource to see/overview in a clear way than any UN, UNHCR, UNIDO, IMF the real challenges, problematic of such a Program.

We mentioned the fact that we had posted a thread about Prince Albert wedding this 1st July and the fact that at the implimentation of that exile/refugee return program we had been in touch with a number of Europe Royalty, their Heads and their institutions, how they guided and support us. One of those High parties being Prince Rainier of Monaco - the fact that we decided to impliment the concept for a Phase ll Reclamation based upon the Monaco experience, expertise and concept - we had been involved in many complex ways, our Italian community in Monte Carlo - those who had insluted us, with their big greedy eyes that we did not make money/fortune then - yet Prince Rainier repayment of this Goodwill and favour by adviceing and supporting many aspect of the Phase ll Reclamation project/his Family and the government of Francois Mitterrand.

This said we explained what ensued, those involved that took that SIROP etc combined $500 - $800millions return program and gve them to Dr Ferrari, Sir James Mancham and the Alliance - the cacaphony which ensued. We had warned and had warned the big five - the benchmark that was being applied.

We warned across Europe that his benchmark would lead to meltdown and the two melt down which followed - our input to save the mess by putting together the concept for the IOR - Rim Asociation working, involving the working of the greater nations of the Indian Ocean Region.

This said how those big five for their own interest and persuit of growth and customers reacted and comported - the benchmark they began to apply.

We stated we had adopted, selected one particularly Group - the Arthur Andersen, the then USA national, Congress, International politic, agenda - the fact that this Group had acquired a great deal of information from our many issues and how they reacted and comported - we warned and indicated/stating there were other important accounting mechanism which need to be taken into consideration - those who ignored and resulting with the Enron issues, the energy, science and discipline involved what ensued - the fact that a great deal of those issues cannot be introduced discussed with/in greater public.

This followed by the USA Regulatory and Justice applying, demanding due accountability and what ensued with Arthur Andersen - waht took place in the world of Charted accounting, the politic and the media role.

We had said that given that we have stated. demanded the need for this program to be regisgtered in Seychelles, the need for a review body to be set up those from the Big four accounting firms represented in Sechelles/Seychelles. The need, necessity to discuss with them the curent situation of regional and international issues, the role and function/purpose of this program. The need to appoint, consult with one of them as we go along. We had stated we trust and expect tthat those in Seychelles representing them would have due/good understanding of Forensic Charted accountability/accounting and the disciplines involved.

We had stated that the group Ernst & Young was also establish in Seychelles and all of them their role, how they have benefited from that SIROP etc combined exile return program $500 - $800 millions and other mega gearing we had put inplace to drive this program and make a success of it or avoide its malfunction and not working.

We had requested/asked all those who this morning were/got involved to refer, think about the issues we had address here with the view/objective to decide how best we can drive the issues in Seychelles and the region, the international issues and the refugee/exile spread across the world - our exiles and refugees.

Having written what we have above, then 1985 onward - the Government of President Francois Mitterrand, then big five Groups and their presence in France and what really took place - we do not have time for details.

The world and vast many who have been following events after the big financial and economic crash in EU and the world, praticularly the Bail out of Ireland, Protugal, Greece and others on the agenda -the Accounting benchmark in place.

The media praise the former IMF Head Mr Dominique Strauss - Khan for his role in managing the european mess and role to solve it. Just like the Enron debacle - the highly corrupted accounting practice which prevailed, the US Justice, the US Senate aware, the US Media aware and nobody did anything serious protest - praticularly the role of Authur Anderson - they are there to control, manage due and appropriate benchmaark that society and the world can live by/with - they did not and were made to pay the horrible price.

The same fate befall the head of IMF Mr Dominique Strauss - Khan, he had the untimate responsibility and as future President of France to tell those who manage and concept the benchmark of EU financial mega mess there are alternative solution, approach and the need to be firm - their exist greater accountability mechanism in the world when those who Head, think they control everything and the situation suddenly they are confronted with that mechanism - if they listen and admit their mistakes the are somewhat let off - if and when they refuse - everybody who has lived great events and history the pasy 60 years know the results and outcomes.

That accountability mechanism has unique and strange ways is can react and call to account - in instance an/the individual or group of individuals or the whole institution can be called to account/made to account.

We live and work in a very macabre world - we have been endeavouring for the past 15 years, given our important Franco/Seychellois connections to get the Harel Family on board and what we have addressed the Charted account firm De Chazal Du Mée (DCDM) Headed by Jean Marc Harel, the ongoing issues - the benchmark those choose to adopt for big business sake and other reasons.

They have set up a Branch in Sechelles Seychelles and they must be resonably aware of the issues we have mentioned above - yet, the dreadful benchmark. Had this been otherwise we could have approached them - given their important understanding of our French archaic, fraternal, illuminati heritage/mechanism. How the mechanism call us to account.
