PROLIFIC conman Henri Gontier (gran peelon galan voler raph) de Bourbon-Solari, who has committed dozens of offences around the world over the past 30 years, has been jailed at Northampton Crown Court.
When interviewed police, he admitted to 11 other offences, including three similar offences, taking a car without consent, credit card fraud and other deceptions, with a total value of around 1,000.
Mr Sutton said: “He has a number of convictions for dishonesty from different parts of the world, including South Africa, going back to the 1970s.”

International conman is jailed for two years Published: 09:04 Friday 21 December 2001 PROLIFIC conman Henri Gontier de Bourbon-Solari, who has committed dozens of offences around the world over the past 30 years, has been jailed at Northampton Crown Court. Gontier de Bourbon-Solari, aged 52, of no fixed address, was sentenced yesterday for two years for two offences of obtaining property by deception, with another 11 offences taken into consideration.

Clive Sutton, prosecuting, said the two charges related to Gontier de Bourbon-Solari staying at two guest houses in Northampton for five and six nights respectively and leaving without paying. When interviewed police, he admitted to 11 other offences, including three similar offences, taking a car without consent, credit card fraud and other deceptions, with a total value of around 1,000. Gontier de Bourbon-Solari also told police he was responsible for many more offences but could not remember details of them. Mr Sutton said: “He has a number of convictions for dishonesty from different parts of the world, including South Africa, going back to the 1970s.” Paul Douglas, defending, said: “He has a history of mental problems going back to an incident in the Seychelles in 1982 when he was involved in an unsuccessful coup, was imprisoned and treated very badly. “He was eventually released after intervention by a UK Government minister. Since then he has suffered panic attacks.”

He said Gontier de Bourbon-Solari owned three properties in the Seychelles and intended to go back there when he was released from prison. Judge Peter Morrell sentenced Gontier de Bourbon-Solari to two years for each offence, to run concurrently. He told the defendant: “This is just part of a pattern. Just since 1996, you have been jailed for 12 months in Truro, two years for fraud in ’98 in Exeter, more in Scotland, and here you are committing more fraud. “You are a thoroughly dishonest man.”

Comment -Just as Mr Boule - stress we must keep our "beque shut as the birds" - this posting about Judge E J Stiven, there are limits to what we can share in public, then Nageon Family  other great Families then Point Larue - Mr Gonthier claim . Our ancestors equally stressed to all of us children growing up you do not get/become involved which you will not be able to control  - this implied the Masonic Fraternity and then Mr Gonthier - later the issues of P2 Lodge,  those who join the Masonic fraternity just for criminal undertakings - meanwhile across the world they have infested society like wild mushrooms and the state of things in Africa example,  the many super con daily in the name of Masonic Fraternity/Establishments workings. Those who get very upset when we write about Judge E J Stiven compost - Mr Gontheir happen to know a very great deal of our Seychelles and Seychelles South Africa issues, the Pan African congress, the Mandela debacles,  and after what is really being played out - the Anglo Rand debacles.  and very much more - the issue we had to get clearance from the former South African Military technicians for that SIROP program and their role and involvements and connections global. Otherwise. POLICE are searching for an alleged hotel fraudster who has gone missing while on bail.
Harry Contier, 60, was charged with five counts of fraud last year, which included leaving the Happy Dolphin B&B in Margate and South Lodge Guest House in Broadstairs in November without paying his bill.

Among the names Mr Contier is said to have used at one time or another are Henri de St Aubin, Henri Michael Gontier De Bourbou Solari, Harry Michael Debienville, Henri Contier, Henry Michael Solari, Henri St Aubin, Henri Solari and the Rev Henry St Aubin.

PC Vanessa Law, the officer in charge of the case, said: “We are particularly appealing to hotel and guesthouse owners, doctors’ surgeries and hospitals to stay alert for Mr Contier as we believe he is travelling around the country and will be in need of medication.”

Police say he claims to be from the Apostolic Faith Mission, which he said people in Thanet would not have heard of. The home address he gave in France relates to a Catholic Mission in Lyon.

He also claims he has dual English and French nationality and speaks French and Swahili.

He has seen doctors in Thanet in the past, but made no mention of the supposed blindness in one eye.

He told them he lived in Manchester, but the people living at the address he gave say they have never heard of him. Details he gave of his doctor in Manchester could not be found on the NHS register.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Law at Margate Police Station on 01843 231055 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Those with useful information may be eligible for a reward.
