Ségolène Royal, retour en grâce à l'Ecologie et l'Energie

La présidente de la région Poitou-Charentes, 60 ans, profite du refus des responsables d'Europe Ecologie-Les Verts d'entrer au gouvernement de Manuel Valls, même en échange d'un ministère alliant Ecologie et Energie, sur un dossier qui lui tient à coeur.

L'élève de François Mitterrand, qui a déjà occupé plusieurs postes ministériels, a affiché sa combativité dès dimanche soir en estimant que "l'avertissement très sévère" des urnes appelait un "très fort changement".

Connue pour sa liberté de ton, Ségolène Royal court le risque que chacune de ses paroles soit commentée à la lumière de son passé intime avec le chef de l'Etat.

"En cas de problème, elle pourrait décrocher le téléphone pour appeler l'Elysée plutôt que le Premier ministre", souligne un ami de l'ancien couple.

Ce retour sonne comme une revanche pour celle qui avait promis à ses électeurs de les emmener vers "d'autres victoires" au soir de sa défaite contre Nicolas Sarkozy au second tour de l'élection présidentielle, le 6 mai 2007.

Son parcours depuis lors a été émaillé de déceptions.

On la vit fondre en larmes devant les caméras après n'avoir recueilli que 7% des voix à la primaire socialiste de 2011, remportée par François Hollande. Battue huit mois plus tard aux élections législatives à La Rochelle, elle abandonna son rêve d'accéder à la présidence de l'Assemblée nationale.

Son retour en grâce est une conséquence de la séparation, en janvier, de François Hollande et sa compagne Valérie Trierweiler après les révélations du magazine Closer sur la liaison supposée entre le chef de l'Etat et l'actrice Julie Gayet.

La jalousie de l'ex-"première dame" envers la mère des enfants du président avait éclaté au grand jour dans un tweet assassin de juin 2012, où Valérie Trierweiler encourageait le rival de Ségolène Royal aux législatives, Olivier Falorni.

"A la fois Parisienne et belle des champs, jeune pousse et vieux jeu", selon son biographe Daniel Bernard, Marie-Ségolène Royal est née le 22 septembre 1953 à Dakar, au Sénégal, quatrième enfant d'une fratrie qui en comptera huit.

Ségolène Royal rejoint François Mitterrand en 1982 comme chargée de mission à la Jeunesse, puis aux Affaires sociales. Elle reste à l'Elysée jusqu'en 1988, année où elle entre à l'Assemblée nationale comme députée des Deux-Sèvres après avoir conquis une circonscription réputée "ingagnable".

Ministre de l'Environnement du gouvernement de Pierre Bérégovoy en 1992-1993, elle fait voter des lois sur la gestion des déchets ou les nuisances sonores et obtient du président un plan de sauvegarde du Marais poitevin.

Pendant les années de "gauche plurielle", elle est successivement ministre déléguée à l'Enseignement scolaire puis à la Famille, où elle combat le bizutage et le racket, facilite l'accès à la pilule du lendemain et crée le congé paternité.

Députée du département rural des Deux-Sèvres pendant quinze ans, Ségolène Royal a été élue à la tête de la région Poitou-Charentes en 2004. Elle sera reconduite en 2010 et n'aura de cesse de vanter son bilan, jugeant possible d'élargir au niveau national ses expériences régionales.

En 2005, celle qui se réclame autant de Jeanne d'Arc que de la communarde Louise Michel, à qui certains attribuent des airs de madone, avait remporté haut la main la primaire socialiste.

Juste après la présidentielle perdue, Ségolène Royal a officialisé sa séparation d'avec François Hollande, avec qui elle affirme aujourd'hui avoir des relations apaisées, tout comme avec Martine Aubry, qui lui ravit d'un cheveu la place de première secrétaire du PS lors du congrès de Reims de 2008.

L'écologiste François de Rugy sur le gouvernement : «Il ne manque plus que DSK»

LE SCAN - Le député écologiste estime que sur la question d'une participation des Verts au gouvernement Valls, Cécile Duflot a orienté son parti à partir d'une décision personnelle.



Invité du Grand Journal de Canal +, François De Rugy a critiqué sans réserve le nouveau gouvernement. «Ce sont les poissons rouges qui tournent en rond entre eux dans le bocal», une référence à la boutade de Daniel Cohn-Bendit qui lançait mercredi à propos du remaniement: «On a changé le bocal, on garde les mêmes cornichons.»
Celui, qui hier soir encore, était prêt à soutenir contre son parti des Verts prêts à rejoindre l'équipe de Manuel Valls parait quelque peu amer. Selon le député de Loire-Atlantique, «Cécile Duflot a pris une décision personnelle, c'est son droit. On ne force personne à être ministre (…) mais ça aurait dû rester une décision personnelle. Collectivement les écologistes avaient dit de ne pas faire de délit de faciès avec Manuel Valls»

L'éclatant retour de Ségolène Royal

Ségolène Royal renaît de ses cendres. Encore une fois. Comme toujours. Cette fois, ce sera comme numéro trois du gouvernement, au ministère de l'Écologie, du Développement durable et de l'Énergie. Attendue, son arrivée dans l'équipe de Manuel Valls signe pour elle la fin d'une séquence quasi ininterrompue de défaites, souvent cruelles, parfois injustes, quelquefois humiliantes, mais dont elle s'est toujours relevée.

Comment - So that the Good Minister do not ask for our Head first - we ask a pertinent Question  how old was she and what was she doing when President FA Mitterrand, our person and a few others cooked up the CERN Project - events and meanwhile and other crazy film they have also made.

What the French media have refused to write  was the CERN Project  for  energy system which by now should have been developed out of CERN to produce  electricity, Industrial development, Cities and Town and power ships - had this been done the world of Energy as we know it would have change drastically -  the CERN project was cooked up along the line of President Reagan Star Wars Defense system; safe in CERN  back in 1987 those of us involved knew that science had the technology, capacity to develop new energy source and much less pollutant.

What the French media have refused to say/write this project was linked with Space research for energy - had not the issues been hijacked and torpedoed today the world would have been a very different place since  1987.  If those search/research enough they ought to unbury the whole dossier. Will come a time we will have to share some  of the Space projects we have been importantly involved and the Why and what the media writes.
