Many form our exiles knew about the existence of that SIROP program from 1986/87 onward including Sir James Mancham. We were in indirect contact with his Family their business then and the Asian business community before 1986/87 and the contents and plans for that program. He has come before that Truth Commission and never mentioned one word about that SIROP program. Had a change come about by a coup d'etat the uncertainty of his Family and other Asian business their future.

Beside other White Seychellois then in Exile in Mauritius Mr Ayub own word what Mauritius was like then being a good businesses man, he must have noted development like the Parkar #family and the Oliagji family also in then exile how that SIROP program leveraged, synergized and drove many aspects of Mauritius then economy, politics. We had been in indirect contact with some of the big planters and white Businesses, then Mr Mario Ricci in Mauritius too. Yet before that Commission not a word is mentioned.
He accused President FA Rene and the political system he build up - we are not accusing him we are plainly stating his position is not conducive to building a harmonious future Seychelles - those who can read in between the lines, just as President FA 'Rene accused his family of bleeding the seychellois they had certain monopoly, that SIROP program role in helping to lift and rebuild his family fortune and then completely deny it ever existed.
