We endeavoured to find online publication of the 1993 constitutional Debate and referendum. The impute of then Lawyer Matilda Twomey and Sir James Mancham in advocating for a Truth Commission,  reconciliation mechanism . Instead landed on this website and those following the debacle of that Historic SIROP program 1986/87. The ongoing Truth Commission work.

In the Nation article it state that Judge Twomey Mathilda is taking a post as lecturer in an Irish University and similar position in one of the African Union Institution and offering her experience and knowledge to those who wish to approach her.

We have informed the Truth Commission of the existence of the Catholic University of Lille, their Law Faculty request for them to assist us with that SIROP plaint before the Truth Commission. Jurist/deputy anti corruption commissioner Daniel Belle studied law in Lille. The start of this thread and his predecessor the Ugandan Chief Justice Martin Stephen Egonda-Ntende, efforts to help with the Arbitration process after he had consulted the African Union. That SIROP program is importantly linked to the God Friday agreement and other important Irish political events from 1978 to 1997, the Brexit debacle, the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland - yet she is not offering any kind of help towards that SIROP plaint before the Truth Commission, that historic program and the 3rd Republic, the Constitution and events. - beside the fate and Rights of those 25,000 living in Exile Seychelois. She could have offered her service via the European Union, the African Union, or the leading EU NGO Platform. Hence the link of the platform of the Institute for research and media coverage on covert and abnormal political thematic.

Here we have a website stating they have covered pretty much some of the world major cover up and taboo issue yet nowhere do they mention that historic SIROP program.
