The whole project is way behind schedule. 6 years ago when NetObject Fusion 15 software came out, Then Seychelles EU Bilateral working, diplomacy. President FA Rene and Sir James Mancham alive. The challenge was to rebuild that portal using more professional IT specialist - we could not get the cash together - the money in time, they were asking $ 5,000 upward. For this we had been negotiating with a leading website builder in Rouen. Money some kind of money had been offered for the project. There are very major complexities.

If you look at the respective EU community page you will see the NING link we had two account with then in fact we contributed, leveraged some of the development process the young Italian CEO, what ensued.

That portal have unique capacity, leveraging other aspects of our Seychelles economic working - why we chose Netobject fusion in the first place, the Seychelles /Indian ocean Major strategic politic, Security this linked to our EU working, they EU high institutions. Whilst we continue to develop our own portal will use a software or system like your company innovative system and possibilities. Beside the EU recently published policy, the last Commission to enhance - e and digital working of future EU, including NGO, Grass Root and Ethnic working, we need to progress in that direction.

We are currently looking at three software Yourself, Vertical and another French product. We had thought of using leading US product this would make us to dependent on US system given NOF 15 and other platform we use. ( We have also the vast complexities of the Seychelles Truth Commission linked to our EU Community working, the ICJ and the ICC and EU Justice monitoring and the UN, African Union)
