The Seychelles EU Elders, Council relate to in part Heraldic, Arcadian and illuminati, interfaith workings, functionality , experience, knowledge, best practice, benchmark. Acting independently of the Community Federation/association other voluntary body.

After, there about the Maastricht negotiation this body form concept presented setup. In part also the Constitutional development in Seychelles their Home land.

In Europe those older Communities with such working during/on account of the Cold War Former East Europe
