Ahead of the country’s opening to tourists today, 25 March, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism and the CEO of STB presented the new policy on visitor arrivals and the marketing strategy at a virtual session at the Botanical House. Saying that “we must offer value for money” to rehabilitate the tourism industry, they presented a best and worst case scenario predicting the arrival of between 16,000 and 6,000 tourists during the month of April.
