Comment - The war is commonly seen as having started on 6 April 1992, following a number of earlier violent incidents. The war ended on 14 December 1995. Yesterday evening Mr Ralph Volcer on Facebook the editor of the Independent in Seychelles of the eventual resignation of up to 4 Truth Commissioner. AT the time of the War or rather the dynamic/Synergy that triggered and started/Caused the war was the displacing, mismanagement of that SIROP program dynamic, we were in then Kent Ashford and Folkestone what we have addressed over the years including the Courts. Had we been allowed to travel to France or Belgium that war would not have developed, taken place the way it did. Those in France then government, across Europe, East Europe, EU and NATO. Those who did not want me to leave so they could control and manipulate that program synergy/dynamics and then what got written. They publishing their version of how the ICC got initiated. The Judicial review we have seeked and the outcome and the why at the RCJ
The same way they have publish how seychelles changed form a one party system to multiparty.
When it suit this country an its media and politicians, establishment to use the UN to their advantage how they go about this two days the issue of the new law on deportation against the UN convention, Queen speech. Then other Issues of Mauritius and the Chagosian dragging on for 45 years . Britain current position.
The EU Justice most surely be aware of the eroding of the British Justice system benchmark in the face of Briteixt and the treatment of EU citizens in Britain not war criminals, the EU written concern and now they want to bring to UK somebody they had contribute in wrecking their country try him and the outcome and this on the eve of the Leading Muslim Festival. The many written request for due legal support and help to address that Truth Commission and the result.
It is this dreadful, terrible UN Benchmark that led, caused us not to get, allow the IN involvement in the SIROP voluntary repatriation program, later some dubbed Marshal Plan. We have been pleading for them to help review and report their position. The Truth Commission have seeked help and resources their position.
