Establishment of the National Awards Committee

With the coming into force of the National Awards Act 2022, President Wavel Ramkalawan has appointed the Members of the National Awards Committee which will be responsible for receiving and assessing nominations from the members of the public for the Award of Honour and for the Award of Merit under the Act.
The National Awards Committee will be chaired by Mr Robert Grandcourt. The other five Members of the Committee are Mr Patrick Mathiot, Sister Nita Servina, Mr Herman Maria, Ms Gemma Jessy and Ms Lena Desaubin. The appointments are for a period of 3 years.
The Secretary of the Order will be the Secretary of the Cabinet, Mr Mohammed Afif.
The Chancellor of the Order will be the President of the Republic, who will confer medals of Honour on persons recommended by the National Awards Committee. The first National Awards will be presented on 29th June 2022.
A form for use by the public to make nominations for Awards will be made available on the statehouse website: www.statehouse.gov.sc., and further details on making nominations will be announced by the Committee shortly.

2/6/22 - The TRNUC never got to hear vast issues of that SIROP program. The position adopted by Dr Ferrari and Mr Robert Grandcourt. Before the TRNUC Dr Ferrari and Mr Robert Grandcourt never hinted or mention that SIROP program yet the role /work  of Dr Ferrari as Minister in 1978 onward as Minister of Development and Planning,  Mr Robert Grandcourt working in his Office. As far as I am concern how he got  his break as they say then SPUP government of President FA Rene, The One party system and Central Plan economy. Putting in place the SPDF, the Development Bank, the Central Bank and Offshore. . The real boss of Mr Grandcourt then was Mr Maxime Fayon who died very young of a strange illness. Then Mr Mario Ricci role as special advisor to the President and his investments interest and the Italian and Maltese Masonic and Temper fraternity.

We/I had submitted my research for the concept of an Indian Ocean Industrial Development and Investment  Promotion Centre give that those, the Powers that be then Cold War,  in Vienna  the UNIDO/World Bank Indian Ocean Division had said at the time  a CARICOM like body would not be envisaged, possible  because of the USA, Britain it required their special permission, say so approval.  The many leading person involved who supported us and that Research,  at least we are honest and give credit to other, Prof Dr M Hofmann Head of Vienna Faculty of high management, those special people from  Schönbrunn, Austria Arcadian /French issues - Palace, those from the Austrian Minister for external working Kenya. The South African, the Israeli, Dr David Rakotopare,  Inter office Vienna Dr Dietrich Vogrin - the American  then Bush issues the Iranians who had very close contacts Mr Mansuri he was offered a post of Economic Minister under Banisadre government and Mr Rafsanjani in Vienna then his close relatives, Seychelles government Oil Trade and South Africa and elsewhere then - Those from Voest Alpine, Astro Pan and  another leading private Austrian Development company and Chancellor Kreisky other officials and indirect contacts,  the Diplomatic Circle, One of the big bank Boss, Mr Sepp Rainer an Investment specialist in Vienna then, Those involved in the Austria Casino project for Seychelles and Minister of Tourism Industry Dr Sokol.  Those from SGS Vienna office - Lloyd people in Vienna knowledge, the French people not directly involved -   Dr Ferrari, Mr Fayon, President / F A Rene,  Mr Grandcourt had never heard of the working, science, discipline  of High interdisciplinary Management - the very vast Communist and Central plan economy and Socialist extreme politic, working very opposing.  In 1978/79 made a Fellow and granted the charter for the Indian Ocean. then Prof Schwab of European Economic forum, Those from then L'ena.

We had requested for Seychelles government to support our job application at the IMF/World bank and their reply. In part Mr Robert Grandcourt problem in Seychelles was over this issues.  The Seychelles Police Force what they went through and the massive disparity they have explained to the TRNUC. There exists still major distortions of the issues explained to the TRNUC.  Dr Ferrari taking over and promoting it as his   idea and President FA Rene and  Mr Mario Ricci. I had known the Grandcourt family well in Seychelles grand parents,   hence from then developed a Seychellois hate,  animosity, vendetta,   against my person.

We were compel to seek political asylum in London 1981,  the many very high British colonial companies we worked with, government officials and multinationals and other national institutions. We were - formed part of a group of people who helped, contributed to then Britain mega economic mess, solving cleanup, high politic, Britain joining the EU economic Block, advocacy, leveraging, what this take and requires - the super cack, mess of Britexit. The Independence process, loosing its revenues and rebuilding of its economy, question - if  we were an imbecile those who worked and associated with us would never have done it, the very ugly side of British working as explained, educate by Judge Stiven his 28 years in the Colonial Service. The burning topics of Her majesty Jubilee and this Britain, country institutions today. Mr Grandcourt used his office connection to further his education and build a new life as have done very many Seychellois and today their persons.

In London the SNM/MPR, Sir James and other Seychelles  political factions view, position  on the Research and concept and COI - an Indian Ocean CARICOM body -  they demanded,  opposed it because they wanted and advocated confrontation,  military engagement with the government -  anything short was betrayal in bed with them.  Detested,  disliked and opposes.  Yet we battle on  - 1981 onward, some of the important regional political, military and geo strategic fallout.  The media never reported, covered up  and those responsible never made to account.  The South African government and intelligence, Israel even if the issue had nothing to to do with them directly,  the the Saudi, Kenya, the Australian,  then the OAU, the None Aligned then and those, India, Pakistan,  their politics and people.  Those from the Masonic and Templar  fraternity who advocate, promote the Holy grail theology,  this was the Holy Grail of the Indian Ocean.

Very Important the respective SPPF government  FA Rene, Michel and Faure have know what Mr Grandcourt was up to in Belgium - in instance colluded.  Those who harvested and use others information and promoted as theirs,   in spite of their important education and qualifications, the Belgium royal family, leading politicians  knowledge,  the EU Institutions, high officials we have worked vast many of Europe historic, Institution issue from 1978 on wards.
