Campaigners have won their High Court battle over Theresa May’s decision to use the royal prerogative in her Brexit strategy.
The government has said it will appeal the decision at the Supreme Court, which is likely to take part in December.
Nigel Farage is kicking off that a British court has made a decision about Britain’s future
The pound rose by one per cent immediately after the court’s decision was announced.
In one of the most important constitutional cases in generations, three senior judges ruled the Prime Minister does not have power to use the prerogative to trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to start the UK’s exit from the European Union – without the prior authority of Parliament.
The ruling against the Government was made by Lord Chief Justice Lord Thomas, sitting with two other senior judges in London.

Reaction to court ruling on Brexit vote
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said Parliament "has to have a say" in the decision to leave the EU
Following the High Court ruling that Parliament should be given a vote on whether the UK can start the process of leaving the EU, how have politicians, legal experts and other figures reacted?
Politicians
Prime Minister Theresa May
The prime minister's spokeswoman said she would be calling the President of the EU Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, to say she intended to stick to her March 2017 deadline for triggering Article 50 - the formal two-year process to leave the EU.

Re: EU referendum: David Cameron sets out his demands to Europe - live
Over the past have stated in instance, had wished had not been involved in that SIROP program the gross abuse and dishonesty.
I/we addressed a blog the next day of the Trump election stating we had not wish to say/write more. The absurd reaction from the Trump Camp - we stress from a High Management working one is not supposed to share private and business workings/information - The American and British media crapping everybody - We tried to explain and write some 27 years ago those who helped mapped out that SIROP program their resource knew/ of a great deal more of what the world and our society would be like 25 years on. My Call of the review of that Program from the EU, UN and others.
The Berlin Wall was not meant to come down and a very different Economic system for the former East Europe and Russia put into place. In the West those who disapprove and did not support the concept - the migration from those former East European and USSR would never have taken place and the debate of Britain leaving the EU not taken place .
On account of that SIROP program designed the Seyeu portal platform to explain what had taken place and our role - instead those who would just be content to rip us off. We kept writing 5/7 years ago had EU been pro active with us and those in Britain supported that we move our greater working to Europe - this would have created a very different dynamic and creating the due climate and environment in their respective country that the migration was minimized, nobody listened
A Clinton Election victory would not have addressed and understood these issue - it was not the electorate who voted Trump in Office, another mechanism linked to the debacle of Europe situation, the Britexit and Europe future.
This mechanism have been applied several instance those who can study and research. The very Berlin Wall - Britain relation with EU have been very wired all along and My person have played many parts and impute made should know a good deal.
I tried several times to stress the Migrant from East Europe were attracted by pollen meaning a mechanism - that, mechanism change this would change too.
In the White house you have would be future President Trump who want to get rid of 3 million migrants. The beauty of things because we have influenced a great deal the US Politic and Economy with that SIROP program should know. In the future white House two of his family wives are from East Europe - how they are being treated in Britain and what triggered the Britexite politic - Mr Trump is a very Rich /wealthy person - unlike the Clinton or the Bush who spend their money on different aspect of world NGO workings - given that a great portion of his wealth was made on the back of that SIROP program - he can do like the Clinton investing in Seychelles - help and support a European working for both our projects - creating and developing the dynamic and mechanic we have talk about and creating the right synergy, dynamic in those East European countries to encourage their citizens to return or become more dynamic.
We are going to link a Daily mail article and Mr Cameron impute and the many issue he did not share with the British and European public about that SIROP program and the Seyeu portal -

Re: EU referendum: David Cameron sets out his demands to Europe - live
Ester the thousand of Briton who have migrated to Australia - we will not comment . Those judge we were being what ever, the Latrine comment - that hunted pub and that new House roof in our jargon we also imply the Intelligence service workings - just look at this situation - what we have written about EU intervening in the corruption situation in Seychelles and the outcome - the high executive of UKIP and Britexit know a very great deal about my person the past 25 years - yet. We are very concern and unhappy with the EU, the massive resource they have - it is being applied when it is too late, the fox have eaten the fowls, the horses have bolted and them wild pigs - they have honk honk -
