Today in Malta some 60 Leaders and EU will gather to work out a concept to regulate the flow of exiles/migrants from Africa to EU with some Euro 3.5 billions being offered, the various news media.

From 1987 to well into 2000 the vast many across the world who were very aware of the many impacts of that SIROP program on exile/refugee movement, politic and economy. That SIROP program played a key role leading to the global melt down and rebuilding of world and EU economy. It helped/contributed to the working and putting together of the EU Budget Euro 315 billion and subsequent money injection.

From the African Union those who know a great deal about this program and its impacts - yet we the exile/refugees who wrote that Program have not been invited and those 60 heads of state expects their Program to work or that we will share our good will with them. We listened to some of the news coming out of Malta - the polarity between the EU and African Nations. We have stated many in Africa knew about this SIROP program impacts because they were involved then Old OAU and in part that SIROP program was responsible for the drive by President Ghadaffi for an African Union. In Malta tonight all those Heads of state, may with affiliate to Illuminati Institutions. A very high percentage of that SIROP program was driven/made up of Illuminati science. Hence the manner we decided to implement and manage the Program. Within that program there exist many innovative possibilities - you write to a respective /the media they gap at you, you approach the EU they gap at you, you get the ONG on board - they go half way and get whacked on their snout and they give up - you take on board the Illuminati they go along the way then they say/conclude they know nothing and were never involved. You get on board the big multinational they take you for a long ride. You get the UN on board - they have massive problem they are control by the agenda of what many term one government to be polite. The need to use the acquired experience and put some very innovative agenda which would impact the current situation - We overlooked the Nations of the COI.
