Seychellois individuals offered chance to become Olympic ambassadors

Seychellois individuals between 20 to 30 years old are being allowed to become an ambassador of the International Olympic Academy (IOA) from which they will get the chance to travel to the birthplace of the Olympics.
The National Olympic Academy of Seychelles (NOAS) recently launched a call for applicants. One male and one female will be selected to attend the 64th International Session for Young Olympic Ambassadors in Olympia, Greece.

Le relais transmis à l'Ambassadrice de France par l'Ambassadeur Sri Lankais sous les yeux du SP Jean Louis
Plus de 400 personnes ont participé à la troisième édition du « Relais autour du monde » hier au Stad Linite à Roche Caïman, à quelques semaines du coup d’envoi des Jeux de Paris 2024. C’est le ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères français, en partenariat avec celui des Sports et des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques, qui a organisé cette activité – le relais autour du monde « Terres de Jeux 2024 ».

Seychelles received the virtual baton from Sri Lanka, through their High Commissioner Srimal Wickremasinghe. (Seychelles News Agency)
Seychelles is among a host of nations that participated in the Olympic relay around the world on Thursday in which almost 400 children and adults were present.
