In a bid to streamline government services and enhance citizen experience, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government, through the UAE's Government Experience Exchange Programme, proposed that the Seychelles government establish a frontliner service centre.

A top United Arab Emirates (UAE) official visited Seychelles to further cement an agreement with the island nation to modernise its civil service.
Seychelles and the UAE signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to modernise and transform the island nation's public service in Dubai on March 29 on the sidelines of the World Government Summit 2022.

Following the successful completion of an intensive Executive Leadership Programme for 27 chief executives and senior officials, sponsored by the government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Deputy Minister Abdulla Nasser Lootah met with them on Monday at the National House.
