We are very sad to hear that our friend Clency Jnr LeBrasse, has passed away.

We are very sad to hear that our friend Clency Jnr LeBrasse, has passed away.
Clency was an activist and long time supporter of the Chagossian cause. He was committed to Chagossians as leaders of our struggle and always spoke up to raise awareness of our history and our mistreatment at the hands of British government.
Clency understood that the Chagossian struggle is woven into the fight against racism and colonialism, and that our return to the Chagos Islands will be a huge victory for justice.
He was vocal Corbyn supporter and Arsenal fan, Clency's charm and enthusiasm brought so much joy to our lives.
We will miss you dearly Clency.
Our sympathies goes to all the Lebrasse Family.
