● Inaya Celestine becomes first baby to receive her dose
As of September 1, the Hexavalent vaccine has replaced the 5-in-1 Pentavalent vaccine in the national routine immunisation schedule.
Health Minister Peggy Vidot officially launched the Hexavalent vaccine at the English River Health Centre yesterday. Inaya Celestine was the first baby to receive the new vaccine, administered by the health care officers. Three other children followed.
