We have our own approach like everybody else - this Morning those in Seychelles, the politicians and the MNA well aware of events in the USA, the Region, the world with Trump election. As they go into this debate - Trump profession and business, the Real ~Estate, construction, property development. We addressed a thread last night stating we have know Donald Trump working way back in the 1980 and development in the Seychelles, Mauritius and in Europe and elsewhere, we have been involved. Much more important when it came to putting together that SIROP program a very major aspect was with land development, properties, European large development and projects, the Market, big finance, politic and media.

In UK those who remember we form and took part in the thematic of Lady Thatcher, rebuilding Wondsworth and Kingston upon Thames - several government development and politic and countless private projects. These project are real and after 1997, the Blair government the rebuilding of Kings Cross Basin, Islington, Hackney - the economic and politic implications.

We have a wide experience of similar topic right across Europe and the many big cities, this SIROP and our Seyeu.com portal impacted and the Building industry, Market, Media and big finance - including the mega debacle of the USA Market, South Africa and Australia and Canada and the Meltdown of 2008/9.

This said - when we presented that SIROP program to president FA Rene Government and the global institution and their government - The phase lll Reclamation and the Housing project component and the finance and the economic debacle. include the Eden development, the Aurora development.

Much more important - the Development ear marked for Anse Royal as a new Town and the Baie Lazzard development and residential and leisure concept for those 25,000 exile/refugees wishing to return home, residential home and other amenities. Had President FA Rene had to rely on the current so call democratic process of Today, that program and the Associate development never taken place - this was a question of those entrusted, having adequate knowledge, resource and capacity to implement such large project with out all the endless debate and opposition. This gave the start and impetus to our modern Housing development infrastructure and Development program.
We began loosing our cool with those in Seychelles about the second part of Blair Term and the debacle of the anti Terror legislation - what entail that Legislation linked to Seychelles, those who wanted to control that SIROP program their way and politic and to get rid of my person the many threat of Guanatanmo bay and other incidents. Our real debacle was my argument that that SIROP program was going in a very different direction - in particular the 15,000/20,000 foreigners who had entered Seychelles to replace those 25,000 exile - the Blair politic and political control because he opposed the white Seychellois and their children - the black and the others he could control and the British politic in the Indian ocean.

Last night in that contribution address the Trump Families and the massive influx of East European on the economy, Housing sector and UK and the debacle of the Britexit

In Seychelles because of then president J A Michel politic, refusal to listen, the coming to life of the extreme opposition led by Mr Christopher Gill and other demanding that our right be returned and the burning media and politic and the outcome. Now that we have the current national Assembly what is being debated and argued in the National Assembly/

Mrs Thatcher advocacy of demolishing the old estate government housing and rebuilding new one to influence the real social politic and the way people function and did things in a modern living environment. The same Blair /Brown and those in France and across Europe. Had that SIROP program been implemented as was originally plan the Housing situation and development and industry would have been very different. We had envisaged to link the Housing sector to the Stock exchange workings to raise capital and create a more vibrant economy and dynamic . President FA Rene and President JA Michel have not had it easy with us - we have pressure him and maintained the pressure. The many mechanism and instrument we have applied to influence these political and outcome.

Seychellois are loud and big mouth - disrespectful. ungrateful - when President FA Rene was grappling with the basic of laying the foundation of the Housing Industry and market in Seychelles we had the benefit and privileged of working and associating with Prince Rainer, his Associates and Developer and our Italian community in Monaco we use these to leverage and help president FA Rene start the basic.

Likewise this influence the development and market working in Monaco the management discipline.

This morning all those debating, not one mentioned the need of those 25,000 exile where will they go and live, they will have to get dredgers and build a new island in the middle of the ocean to live /stay - We talk of the Morocco government summit, the UN and EU mega summit on Africa sustainable development - the need for the government to earmark and put into place a very specific politic for those exile and their Housing need and retirement - not spend their time insulting them as they do in Bracket and using backside creole as if they only have heads and minds.
