We have two or three threads out there relating to the issues of the Shah taking up exile in Seychelles then USA Government, then Cold War, COMECON, USSR and the Communist block beside the None Aligned nations. Given that the Shah Family had this property in Sechelle Seychelles then first President Mancham and his Family, connections then President FA Rene, France President F Mitterrand strongly suggested to sort out the situation then and impasse that Seychelles offers the Shah the rights to stay on the Family Island with all the necessary securities then Egypt those who knew Seychelles working then made the offer.
That SIROP program was not just any half baked concept the complex list of those individuals involved their respective impute and still ongoing. Among the topic and this is where we stress again had preferred that a UN or EU body make such statement the debacle of the three major Muslim belief and faith its relation with that program then 1986/7 and the foreseeable changes in the USSR, the COMECON, Gulf Region, North Africa, Africa itself the Indian ocean and Asia.
