Comment -This Monday 4 PM - 2/4/2018 the dreadful news of Mrs Winnie Mandela death and the cause if death - if/should there have been one person the world could have turned to, to discover what really took place during her leadership and then Mr Nelson Mandela in Prison our Sechelles Seychelles exile workings and that SIROP program, events in south Africa and the world -we had written to her daughter who is SA Ambassadress to Seychelles to take part in rebuilding that SIROP program from South Africa involving the Foundation of the current SA President and former Trade Union Activists. Events and reactions.
What about that Seychelles Truth Commission and the Anti Corruption Commission have lost a key living witnessed about that SIROP program published and unpublished thematic - when one have worked at time very grey political thematic one cannot always rely on so call fact and proper evidences somebody had wanted to keep her quiet - she knew too much.
We offer our Exile/Refugees global condolence and sympathy to her ~~family and children and close Associates. As well as the Nation of South Africa
We seek the support of the International Community along with the UN and European Union and the African Union all these high instance have the capacity to understand what is meant to have started/put in place that SIROP program then President Mandela in Prison and no question of his becoming President /of South Africa things could have turned and worked out very different, the British and world media then - as such the intensity and issues we had to work and relay with then Mrs Winnie Mandela her people to get thing moving, British Intelligence and South African the South Africa Institutions then, the Seychelles Institutions, government and personality like Mr Giovanni Mario Ricci, South Africa then Illuminati/Masonic and others- we are supposed to keep silence, this world has gone very very abnormal
Our Sechelles Seychelles exile/refugees and community resources is very limited and this/these are precisely what others want, what they wished to achieve in the process you use and abuse, practice exclusion. Going back to 1984/85 the advocacy that our communities think in long term we take the time to establish resources that will serve the broad workings of our communities very unlike the Seychelles government officials and Embassy and consulate - what has taken place. The government and people those refugees and exile have found refuge their attitude - when matters press they discover they lace, do not have adequate support as this instance- where other communities will make that extra efforts to maintain a good information system and library of information the Seychelles communities - the vast majority who spend their time causing discord and discouragement. The WWW was our project just look what became of it - meanwhile many Social platform have become available and just look at the way our community use them - then we ask and wonder the crap we get and get thrown at us and we cannot manage, our children and their future. The heavy critics from many leader of communities that we had squanders valuable time and opportunities after the SIROP program was deployed and implemented any community or ethnic group with such a prominent and world renown program/thematic would have been other wise organized and present itself/position itself.
Those new government official today from the EU and across Europe and the world then workings of NGO in Britain and France pre SIROP program, unlike the four strands of our exiles faction we had taken the advice of the UN to en-devour and build networks, empower mechanism , contact with a large number of ethnic and grass roots communities to share resources, knowledge and use management capacity. This enable use to present and promote that SIROP program the way we did - across London the very many exile/refugees communities we had build workings connection, network and information sharing. Some of them were very angry/vexed, the love and time they had spent, invested with us to see it squandered and wasted after the issue so the first return 1992 those who advocate we cut the bridge and leave nothing behind and even then when they arrived in Seychelles they had access to resources and money their comportment and stand pretending the exile never existed the hard work never took place and the many other communities we had worked and battled with never existed and took place among them former Sir James Mancham - Not that they lacked the knowledge they were plain daft. Bloody minded.
With the death of Mrs Winnie Mandela those questioning that we every worked those topic in London - the lack of corroboration admittedly the landscape of NGO and volunteers workings have evolved and changed a great deal in London/Britain - some of the political outrages and excesses. The grass root and NGO working of London did a very great deal to support and drive and help implement and bring about changes in South ~Africa and other African countries. Yet what the government and officials write all their work and efforts get buried and completely ignored and those who have over the years developed a corrupted Technic and approach of cashing and taking credit for the hard work of others, the ethnic and grass roots workings.
Long before the debacle or a Truth Commission and an Anti corruption Commission possibility had we followed the simple approach of other ethnic communities and grass root maintain some form of library documentation, the Seychelles government horrendous abuse would never have taken place, the corruption, how the government manipulated the media and international bilateral working that we get/become excluded it is made difficult for us to access resources and set up such infrastructures. The whole sale hogging and or selling of the Seychellois nation by the so cal politicians would not have taken place on the current scale Now that we have the Truth Commission and the Anti corruption commission the major lack of such resource for our communities to support and confront the many arguments and debate being presented. The they propagate all sort of propaganda, they change Seychelles one Party system they did this and that and that we are alien and the whole world believe them It is a shame upon our nation -
Addressing the UNHCR, the International court, the Royal court of Justice , the European Court and African Union have cited these issues and situation and practices. .

Re: ]Winnie Mandela dead at 81: Nelson Mandela's ex-wife dies
We/I did not get to watch the live funeral ceremony of Mrs Winnie Mandela - the thunderstorm which developed during the ceremony in Africa the meaning of such a storm at a great person, King or Queen, Tribal chief or Head of State Funeral
Any Military/State funeral is not something for the average and simple human - those who participated in the process, what they said and prayed to heaven and earth for they are very very accountable.
We remember the state funeral of President Mandela and those who came from all over the world for the State funeral with my experience as High Interdisciplinary Executive some near 40 years was prepare to overlook some of the major gaps, omittance at the State funeral of President Mandela and as such the bigger secrets nation and state , Africa wise he took to his grave about major issues affection South Africa change, ending of Apartheid and his getting our of Prison and his time in Office, these are very significant topic and the making of the African Union -
Even if one from a high Interdisciplinary Management discipline practice working prepared to overlook there are accountability discipline and mechanism, one will be required /compel to apply and impute in the time to come co relate at Mrs Winnie Mandela it repeated itself over again and far more problematic the many issue my person had interacted with her whilst Mr Nelson Mandela was in Office and some of the major events and until his release what this means in High Interdisciplinary management and in south Africa and Africa those who practice this discipline. Beside the dead have their own language -
In the word of Prof Dr Micheal Hoffman and others from Europe, L'ena, the Italian, German and US will come time and moment when we reflect the way we have contributed and applied our knowledge and experience regret and pain - this is such a moment particularly, the African aspects of applying High Interdisciplinary management discipline and expertise.
The workings of High Interdisciplinary Management in our current world/global development - going back to 1986/87 those who were involved and impute in writing that SIROP program from Europe and USA the concern of the Africanization of south Africa - our experience of these process in Kenya, East Africa, Central Africa and West Africa Had it not been for that SIROP program the changes in South Africa could /would have taken a very different turn . Those Nations who have used the benchmark, dynamic and synergy to carry respective changes in their Nation working from 1987 onward.
