The ongoing argument in Mauritius - Sechelles, Reunion, Madagascar, Comor - COI Drug related
One of the negative outcome/back lash from the SIROP $500 -$800 millions programs the battle which had been raging between Sechelles Seychelles and Mauritius as to/which country would control the Drug business - the situation until 1991, the call for the 3rd Republic, change in Seychelles Military, political and regional workings. Those individuals involved. We had foreseen this situation - those who shared their views then. The media and experts have all but forgotten.
What must not be forgotten then UN global program in place for prevention and controlling Drug Traficing - that of Africa, Indian Ocean and Asia. We had refered some of the issues in 1987/88 to them - with the view/ain to get their support as a positive side/impact of that SIROP $500 millions exile/refugee program.
The same apply to the USA International Drug Prevention program and that SIROP program how it would benefit, the people, nations and region - we had argued all these issues and their onw control program and Budget - policing, everybody have forgotten.
Then European global Drug control policy along with the three above their budget in comparison to that SIROP $500 - $800m millions exile/refugee program. There isa great deal individual slike Mr Ralph volcer, Mr Phillippe Boule, Hon Wavel Wankalawan, Mr christopher Gill have gone into yet about that SIROP program.
By all the international norms - when any Group, individual can put together such program and make it work they get funded and support we have nover recieved a cent form any one of those High parties.
Yet we have those from the Drug Unit in Seychelles, Mauritius the COI their Budget, we have done a great deal of dirty work for them and no thank you nothing. It is time some of those big dealers/involved come forward and tell the world waht really took place. This involved Latin America, Afganistan, Asia - hence some of the Panama debacle and how it ended.
Given the Web anybody can research the UN, USA, Europe policy for 1987 and their respective budget and those who led/worked for those entities Drug Department, Ministers and Executives.
Further more like so many issues with that SIROP program we have monitored related development for the past 23 years.
There were speculations/talk that those who control/ran the Drug business would expand to Mauritius - are they involved today - the question.
We have addressed how the Gearing of that SIROP program cris cross the international Drug workings , those involved and the money.
At the time we argued that the benefits of that SIROP program, the gearing at national, regional and international level would far surpass the Drug business going on then. It proved more than true - those who made $billions - this is very strange we concept-ed, develop, promoted and to a great extend contributed a great deal to its implementation. To date we have never received a cent.
We know that all of you out there know the rule of Drug dealing - you buy whatever you require for you consumption and you have to pay - if you do not pay the consequences.
Somebody ought to point this comment to those in Mauritius involved , concern and interested, particularly the proposed debate in Parliament on this issue.
Note - will edit this thread later.
