For the past 12 years the many we have addressed about the situation in Kent , their help and support some the terrible outcome and it is all fast forgotten.
Again the reminder what led the mother of our son to travel to Mauritius eventually our retirement there,
The leading politicians we have written, the leading law firms, the Justice of Mauritius , some of he church people, the European Union officials in Mauritius. Specially that Truth Commission and the Anti Corruption Commission.
We have two leading Mauritian at the head of the Catholic and Anglican diocese and the Adventist church eventually.
The new influx , many new Mauritian families going to work, settle and do business in Seychelles - those Seychellois who travel to Mauritius.
We have known the Father/close relative Elder Eddy Seenyen, he took over after Pastor Caleb Bru. Ms Janique Bru at the Head of SIM for many years - I have listened to his Sermon of Jacob, the contents of his Sermon as a person educate with extended Adventist family, the church in Seychelles , Mauritius , Reunion and Africa prayed over that SIROP program - for near 30 years. They will continue to pray for it after Britexit events. The Adventist of all churches they hold the view they are very special and unique. A person/Family can be handicap, illiterate, sick/ill, unbelieving the long list of sins - that person attend church he has Rs 10 in his pocked he donate/give it to the church in faith. That SIROP program having said that Ms Janique Bru headed SIM for several years impacts on contribution to overall Mauritius economy - meaning it caused and made it possible for all if not most Mauritius Adventist to earn more and have more money and all the churches benefited not just the Adventist - yet . This over the past 30 years and the years to come.
We talk of Christ return, Judgement and Justice, faith and the long list of Adventist values - the comportment of the church towards the mother of our son - have not mentioned the family name - the anger and terrible vexation this will cause. If one cannot trust the church who will one, can one Trust.
