Comment- Time 4 AM UK time, those Tanzanian prison Guard buzzing my person and the high Officials from State House manning them, beside this is not like/as in the Cold War era and one Party System and Dictatorial government of FA Rene and then Tanzania.

The purpose of that Road all those who lampooned and did nasty things to my person was for the first 25 Bed Small hotel by a Seychellois, the Licence/Planning was given buy then Sir James Mancham government, Mr Rene/Mr Gerard Hoareau office, , with Consultants form Mauritius, the Espitalier Noel Family, Rogers, Mr Roger Laselle, Judge Stiven had been friend of the Linblad the Parkar/Oliajhi Family their Tourist business in Seychelles because of the soon to come Independence and later coup d'etat the decisions/my decision to go in exile, the second Seychellois to go in exile under then President Mancham government. My former Austrian wife who had worked at Pirate Arms as Deputy Manager beside other extensive Hotel experience and excellent Hotel/Tourism Education in Austria, she would have helped me run the place had we built it. Today that property the ex Seychelles Army Family, President FA Rene daughter, the Minister Property and others, know ans Dans Gaza, the issues of former Minister Pat Pillay . The Truth Commission this property acquired under duress according to president FA Rene I had failed to deliver on that SIROP program, among those involved then Mr Giovanni Mario Ricci. I also had a lease of another plot of land from the government/ex Bailey estate for landscaping, fruit trees planting. Beside the intended small Golf course. This property is very close to the historic caves where the slaves and ex plantation revolted and marooned. I was going to develop this as tourist attraction a trail to it, the Nageon Property. I had put the foundation of a House where President FA Rene daughter House is today. I/we had also laid a water connection from the Nageon water supply.
When we came to seek exile in London in 1981 had already had some issues with the Tanzanian officials over the Indian Ocean Investment and Promotion Center Research, then OAU position in the Seychelles, the objective of this concept given that those who opposed a Caribbean like CARICOM for the Indian Ocean later the COI. After Mr Gerard Hoareau Assassination as SNM/MPR Leader those who requested I take over his work and do something in part my motives for putting that SIROP program to radically change the political landscape of ~Zanzibar and Tanganyika and their regional political influence president Nyerere and his officials knew of this, like ~Seychelles their economic woes and what this SIROP program offers promise.
