Among all that has transpired, it has truly been a challenge when we had to stand up against our very own, those who have been entrusted with the safeguarding of our sovereignty, who found it easier to hand over Seychelles on a golden platter for DOLLARS! As ‘Preserve Seychelles’, we made it our priority to ensure that no foreign military base were to find their way on our shores! Up to now, we have managed to delay this from happening, however, we are aware that this remains on the agenda of the Indian government, and some Seychelles leaders as well!
