Dr. Delhomme was the first Seychellois woman parliamentarian and an Elected Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council in 1954 until 1964 after which she later joined the political race as an independent candidate for the 1967 election and defeated the SPUP candidate to retain her seat in North of Mahe. #Lasanble #Seychelles #Parliament #MizeLasanble
