Seychelles hails the AfCFTA as a huge market opportunity for the Blue Economy in Africa | 09 July 2019
Health Minister Jean-Paul Adam has hailed the launch of the operational phase of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) as creating a huge market opportunity for the development of the Blue Economy in Africa.

Minister Adam, a former Minister for Foreign Affairs, was representing President Danny Faure, as the champion of the Blue Economy, at the 12th Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union, in Niamey, Niger on July 7, 2019.

Comment - President FA Rene and Sir James Mancham, President Nyerere and Mandela, the person of President Rawling of Ghana then exile and that SIROP program in writing/making, his support -  did not live long enough to see the wisdom of that SIROP program which change the mighty USSR. China , Africa -the Indian Ocean - Seychelles media, the Indian ocean towards that SIROP program and the Truth Commission etc. more important the Seychelles politicians and education system,  attitude towards this historic program and its NGO. That Program played an important role in the development of Enlargement of the EU Institutions and setting the path for 'Africa , the very role that SIROP program played form 1987 onward and role in deciding the changing from OAU to African Union - the Neom, thematic is initiated. President Obama was blessed that  he was given the privilege to contribute as an African US President. What about Dr Kofi Anan and Dr Degraft Johnson the exile Ghana Vice President who supported and advised us on Africa politic and that SIROP program, his ex Ministers in exile in London with us.
