Ambassador Radegonde presents his credentials to President Putin

Seychelles’ Paris-based ambassador, Sylvestre Radegonde, recently presented his credentials to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, accrediting him as Seychelles’ ambassador to Russia.
