Good morning - your news and those who monitor others account FB -I have had a threats of account closure for the past 2/3 days by somebody from the USA. Claiming I misused his copy Rights. If you hear I have lost my temper and cool drag them before the EU justice do not call your father names or crazy.

This firm represents Public Investment Fund (“PIF”). PIF owns several trademarks in in connection with the Neom Project including, but not limited to, the word NEOM. Your group was reported to Facebook because it was using NEOM’s name in a way that is likely to mislead consumers—the name of your group was “SIROP – NEOM mega City.” There does not appear to be any legitimate reason why you would use the word NEOM in your group page other than to suggest an affiliation between SIROP (“Seychelles International Refugee Onward Program”) and NEOM.

Going forward, you are not authorized to use the NEOM trademark or logo in connection with promoting SIROP.
