Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 crash: Why was a passenger plane flying over a conflict zone in Ukraine?

The Boeing 777 downed in Ukraine with the loss of 295 passengers was flying just 1,000 feet above a “no-fly” zone covering the troubled region, The Independent has learned.

Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was on a routine flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it crashed, apparently after being hit by a missile.

The jet was travelling east across Ukraine along an airway designated A87. Eurocontrol, the co-ordination centre for air-traffic control in Europe, said: “This route had been closed by the Ukrainian authorities from ground to flight level 320 [32,000 feet] but was open at the level at which the aircraft was flying.” The plane was flying at the lowest permitted altitude over the area, flight level 330 [33,000 feet], when it disappeared from the radar.

Ukraine Separatists Agree to Release Bodies and Black Boxes


KIEV, Ukraine — After days of obstruction, Russia-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine reached an agreement with Malaysia on Monday to surrender the flight recorder boxes of the Malaysia Airlines jetliner downed by a surface-to-air missile last week, and to allow the bodies of the victims to be evacuated by train.

The agreement, announced by the Malaysian prime minister, Najib Razak, in a live television broadcast, appeared to represent a significant movement to end the standoff after the crash of Flight 17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which killed 298 people. The bodies lay for days in a wheat field in eastern Ukraine, an area controlled by the separatists.

The refusal of the separatists to permit unfettered access to the crash site has further raised suspicions that they may have been responsible for the missile strike. The obstruction has also generated enormous international criticism of the Ukrainian separatists and of President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia.

The mechanism and discipline used/applied.  We have stressed in major European Universities not special Police or military department they have Professors and groups who study such issues and their impacts and debate them and write publications their findings. Even if the politicians or Establishments like it or not.

In Seychelles we have a large Russian community and how they have benefited form that SIROP program and economic development - how they treat the Seychellois and our exile/refugee communities forgetting we helped that USSR and the COMECON change - so long these are not addressed properly left to the government of President JA Michel and the SPUP/SPPF/PL super crooks and con artists their media and experts will continue to pull wool over the International community and they have been doing this very well for the past 30 years.

Crash des vols de Malaysia Airlines : Les Seychelles se souviennent

Les Seychelles se sont souvenues des crashs de deux vols successifs de Malaysia Airlines survenus récemment.

Le premier avion avait décollé de Kuala Lumpur et faisait route vers Pékin alors que le deuxième reliait Amsterdam et la capitale malaisienne.

L’un a disparu en mer – probablement dans l’Océan indien – le 8 mars sans laisser de traces alors que l’autre a été abattu au dessus de l’Ukraine le 18 juillet. Les deux accidents ont fait un total de 650 morts. La fréquentation touristique de la Malaisie, pays qui recevait en moyenne 23 millions de visiteurs par an, a aussi beaucoup chuté en conséquence. La compagnie nationale de Malaisie n’avait jamais connu d’accident depuis sa création en 1957.

C’est par le biais d’un hommage à la Malaisie organisé hier après-midi à l’Hôtel Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay que les Seychelles se sont rappelées de ces deux événements tragiques.

C’est lors de cette même cérémonie que les vainqueurs de la deuxième édition du concours de marche des 24 Heures des Seychelles tenu la semaine dernière, Anna Barra chez les dames et Rennick Belizé chez les messieurs, ont été récompensés.

C’est en ces termes que M. Francis Herbet, consul des Seychelles en Normandie et représentant de l’association ‘Amis de l’Océan Indien’ qui organise les 24 Heures des Seychelles, a expliqué la raison d’être de l’activité :

« La Malaisie a beaucoup souffert et beaucoup perdu suite à ces deux accidents d’avion. Nous la délégation normande pour les 24 Heures sommes hébergés ici au Berjaya. Le directeur M. Gulab Rai est aussi un ami personnel. Il y a aussi la sœur de la secrétaire des Amis de l’Océan Indien et ses trois enfants qui ont péri dans le premier accident. C’est donc en solidarité avec le Berjaya, Malaysia Airlines et tout le peuple malaisien que nous avons organisé cet hommage », a-t-il dit.

En guise de remerciement, M. Herbet a remis des souvenirs de la Normandie à M. Rai et à son adjoint M. Churchill Gill, tout en souhaitant un jour les accueillir en Normandie.

M. Rai a de son côté remercié M. Herbet pour l’organisation de l’activité. Il a souhaité voir encore plusieurs éditions des 24 Heures, avec une participation plus importante et une plus belle ambiance.

Comment - 29/7/2015 we/I noticed this topic yesterday. Given the upheavals in Kent, what we have published on Facebook, private message and forums - aspects of it seeping over to France - this is just the beginning. How for the past 30 years our workings in London/Kilburn have inpacted and influenced issues/topics/politic and corporate issues in France, Reunion and other French Partimoine.

We find it very strange/bizarre to say the least, the suddenly the discover a Boeing -777 flap part in Reunion.

This is not bizarre - I/we had addressed a thread in Kent March 2014 when that plane came down - explaining that we had had a major breaking in our Yard, Units and they contained important Indian ocean, Srilanka, Seychelles/Mauritius/Reunion and France Heraldic/Heraldry materials. We also had a very large mask from either Malaysia or that region and it was stolen among other items.

We are very certain given past pattern - that incident cause that flight 370 to come down or be brought down. We have pictures in case anybody is interested. Total some three breaking in that yard. Those who worked with us to help repair.

I search our FECAS- ECSVS forum could not find the threads and comment also search this forum could not locate/find that thread. Also under our situation in Kent thread.

Seychelles police and others may have retrieved a copy of that thread and the incident of the Breaking of the Yard in Kent.

We have for a long time take note of the large number of Chinese who lost their lives and the events - equally important what really led to China helping Seychelles with its Palais de Justice and the Assembly building - that Dr Stevenson Delhomme ex property and our heraldry/heraldic workings beside other ancestral issues we manage take part in managing. Des enquêteurs spécialisés étaient en route jeudi pour l’île de La Réunion pour déterminer si un débris d’avion découvert le long de sa côte appartient au Boeing 777 de la Malaysia Airlines disparu depuis le 8 mars 2014. Suitcase Found Close to Suspected MH370 Debris on Réunion Beach

A badly damaged suitcase washed up on the same beach as a piece of an airplane on a remote island in the Indian Ocean, amid speculation the debris could be from a Malaysia Airlines jet that went missing more than a year ago.

Johnny Begue, who discovered the airplane debris on a beach in the French island of Réunion, said that he found the shredded suitcase just two and a half meters away from the wing part on Wednesday.

“We set aside all the garbage we had gathered on the beach during the day and today we thought that old suitcase could be related,” Mr. Begue said in a telephone interview on Thursday. He said that he has no indication the suitcase and the wing part had any connection. “It could have been thrown into the sea from the beach.”
