I never expected to hear this opinion from Honorable Leader of Government Business that Air Seychelles is as important a state institution as the hospital and the schools therefore meriting equal treatment or support from Government. The EU Commission was interested in the issues and the Air Bus Group important implications, job creation for Air Bus  etc -- , unlike 1978/79 they have reason to promote lobby this concept,   the terrible political benchmark  - we will not enter the US politic. Just like that COI concept in 1978/ those who said from  Africa, USA, Britain and France it would be impossible to put a CARICOM like body in the Indian Ocean, then Cold War - we researched we pushed the issue,  the death and killing  and very dirty politic until that COI was launched in Port Louis

We have been writing  for the past 20 years the capacity of that SIROP program to leverage Air Bus consortium corporate working and development.
