It is not everybody, all of us who have the ability to listen, study and analyse not just the contents of the talk - but the issues and events which took place. In the first place what is the motives for Sir James Mancham to come so late with this issues of the French involvement and the Franco Seychellois community - anybody including the elite Asian community, the Farsi, the Hindu and the Muslim community knew the saga then. This was not played in hiding. The Planters had been utterly scared that Mancham would sell them out if/should no adequate measures be taken - pressures on him to protect their interests. They had seen for the sake of politic the games he had played, he had sold everybody - out, the vast majority of then Expat and Franco Seychellois knew and had realized this. He judge he could Trust the British - when people like Mr Ali Parkar had warned him do not after the Zanzibar revolution massacre - the British cannot be trusted. There were others too. Over the past 36 years none of those Franco Seychellois, their children have forgiven him and will never forgive him. He had wanted to take Seychelles in the USA/British sphere of geopolitical influence - he had failed. He refused to note/mention what the geopolitical issues were from 1980's onward and still his belief. The many books and lecture his refusal to see his errors. None of the Politicians of the Indian Ocean are Gods - they try their best. He wants us to believe he has some Godly notion - he should have joined the Priesthood then address his political vision. His refusal to support that SIROP program and debate the fate of those 21,000 exile/refugees - his bitterness. "We say it again not just Mr Franck Mancham knew the contents of that SIROP Program - Mr Billy Mancham new about it too." By a large majority that program come from the Franco Seychellois Families and their Institutions. The Russian, the USA, the UN, the EU knew of this, the None Aligned, the Vatican. Those in Mauritius and Reunion - those in Canada and Australia. This is why those in Britain had to say write it was the Commonwealth that changed the One Party System, they hate the Franco Seychellois and their Institutions. All the efforts that they never return to Seychelles and rather allow Arabs, Indian, Chinese, Russian, other nations to repopulate the Island. Including issues at NATO, UN and EU workings on this topic the past 21 years. .

SESELWA ANNOU KOZE…SAGA OF A SMALL NATION WITH SIR JAMES MANCHAM(PART 1)
I/we have been addressing all of you about that SIROP program - when we say Mr Billy Mancham and Mr Frank Mancham knew of the many aspects of that Repatriation before we presented to FA Rene and his government - because so call Sir James Mancham had been against it. There are many of you agile in talking with the dead - talk to Mr Billy Mancham and Mr Frank Mancham ask them what they knew and what really took place - I/We shared these issue with them because we had know them reasonably well in Sechelles Seychelles then Politic - their view of then JR Mancham Politic. When the big bust up came we were involved and shared the issues - as leading Merchant Family it was our duty and the duty of any attempting to put into place a National or International to communicate and get/check their point of view. Then we have Sir James Mancham coming to Seychelles inventing some kind of political concept and Plan - he should have ask Mr Frank Mancham for help - he knew more than him/he did about the whole issues and situation. We ask of you the younger generation let us take that bundle of very dirty laundry to the public wash place/wash house let us sort it lout properly before it is very late. Mr Billy Mancham have children and grand children - I would never put up/stand by and watch anybody telling my father and grandfather told such a lie. President FA Rene - his government and many other knew that Mr Billy Mancham and Mr Frank Mancham knew of those issues, the many details and aspect of that SIROP program. Mr Christopher Gill it is your duty to sort/trash and get at the bottom of this situation before it is very late.

New airport facility to cater for inadmissible immigrants
New airport facility to cater for inadmissible immigrants
08-January-2016
Passengers who do not meet certain immigration requirements to enter the country will from now on be held in a modern and secure facility at the most southern part of the Seychelles International Airport (SIA).
The need to build the inadmissible persons holding facility has been prompted by an increase in the number of passengers who are declared prohibited immigrants upon arrival in Seychelles.
On average about 25 of them are held at the airport per month.
The local civil aviation authority’s chief executive Gilbert Faure said: “As part of its international obligations, Seychelles has to ensure that when such cases arise, the return of these people to their country of origin is eased.”
He added it is vital that these people are treated in accordance with international requirements as stipulated in Annex 9 of the Chicago Convention of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
“The aim is to get these persons to fly out on the same flight they arrived in the country in the first place,” Mr Faure said.
“However, this is not always possible and the next available flight may be hours later. In such cases, these persons should be adequately and appropriately accommodated and secured so that they present no risks to the airport, staff and other persons,” Mr Faure added.
In the absence of such a facility, depending on circumstances, arrangements were made for some of these persons to be accommodated at guest houses. Since the SIA was unable to provide those people with basic needs such as sleeping and shower facilities and in terms of keeping them under proper custody, concerns were raised about those who had to remain at the airport.
Now the new two-level building which is equipped to cater for at least five persons who can remain in custody at any one time, will enable the authorities to provide proper accommodation, administration, facilitation, security and safety. The ground floor is equipped with bathrooms, bedrooms, toilets, sitting areas, kitchenettes, guard room and lobby. The first floor also has bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting, kitchenettes and lobby. There is a security fence around the perimeter of the building as well as an access gate.
“Today’s accomplishment can be attributed to the country’s pledge to uphold human rights standards (Paris Principles 1993). How we treat our visitors, even if they are declared inadmissible, is a reflection of how far we have achieved in this domain,” said Joel Morgan, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Transport.
“This project reflects a small part of the government’s many efforts to translate human rights principles into everyday practice and government will continue to engage with key public sector organisations to build awareness and capacity,” added Minister Morgan.
This project which amounted to about R5 million was carried out by building contractor O-Nivo Construction (Pty) Ltd.
Work on the facility started in March last year and was completed in mid- December.
To mark the completion of this special facility, the local aviation authority will hand over the building to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Immigration Division) who will be managing its operations. The SCAA will provide maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, internal transport and security services.
