The Rotary Club of Victoria (RCV)’s heart have been ripped out after recently loss a true, active and dedicated Rotarian, Immediate Past President (IPP) Charlie Ng Ping Cheun.
Charlie have a great leadership and management skills and have broken the record of having served the club 3 times as President in years 2010-2011, 2017-2018 and 2020-2021. He had served in different positions in the Club board of directors and also he was the District Secretary in the year 2019-2020. He have attended several District conferences and Rotary international conventions.
Our Charlie had shown great devotion in building international relationships, improving lives, and creating a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever. His life was to ‘Service Above Self’.
We will truly miss him as everyone consider him as a great man, a great friend, man of innocence, man with great qualities and a man who is willing to help everyone.
We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, Anne and his three sons, Michel, Christian and Roland, families and friends. May God protect his family in this difficult times.
May his sweet soul rest in peace.
